I DON'T RECCOMEND THIS HOSTING
i canceled my subscribtion during the service period. I did a few times, as there was still option to cancel, it was a bit odd for me. Now I'm fighting to cancel the new invoice for next month as my cancelation didn't go through. When I got notification about the try to charge my account, I quickly went to cancelation again. It was first thing i did and they just keep saying now that they don't see any other cancelation and service is chargable for next month. Good thing i used card that I don't use often and don't keep money there. Now I'm fighting to get the invoice canceled.
Edit: What happend is i canceled subscription, but your software didn't work properly. I was going through cancelation proces three times if i remember correctly, but none of them ended with with requesting Password like last one after charge or information about error or anything like this, just passed through. But ok i will apply for termination. it would be nice if support told me about this instead of just saying that i canceled too late and its chargeable...

Hello Michał, we are not happy to read you had some trouble, but from your describtion it seems clear what happend.
You canceled your contract, what will end the contract to the end of your chosen minimum period (1, 3, 6 or 12 month). That is a normal cancellation done via our website or by writing to the support.
What you wanted to do is to request a refund within the 14 days after ordering the server, as it is your absolut right to do. But for that you have to write us and request a refund (that will be granted of course). That is something different to a cancellation - it is a termination.

Hello Astin Bruinsma, thank you for your feedback, we are always eager to hear what we can do to get even better.
More and different payment methods are a thing we constantly explore to add, but that is not that easy as they usual cost (a lot of) fees. But we are taking your wish into account of course.
Mods for games are free and do not cost any money at all, except you do mean extended RAM and space for mods. We will pass on your wish but with the RAM prices at the moment, we doubt we can offer more for less.
