Were do I start with this utter waste…
Were do I start with this utter waste of time and useless company please do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague if you are unlucky enough to be involved in a motorcycle accident.
All they want to do is make money out of your claim EG hire bike total for the eight weeks I had it £12600.
I’m just glad that I didn’t let them do the repairs to my bike as I wanted it to go to my local and trusted repairer and I think this is why they were unhelpful with my claim.
If I could give a minus star rating believe me I would.
Joke of a company
Joke of a company , who just lie and do nothing , they will hold your bike hostage to up their claim against the other insurer. Avoid at all cost.
Completely terrible experience with…
Completely terrible experience with this company and I got off very lightly compared to some here.
I was passed on to 4th dimension by Bennetts who I had been with for years and naively trusted after I had a very minor no fault incident. I initially agreed to a hire bike ( I quickly realised this was unwise after some research and returned the bike )to use while they repaired my bike, which I assumed would take no time at all as it really was very superficial cosmetic damage.
After a few weeks and a lot of unanswered emails and calls I was told, to my complete surprise, that the bike was a write off. I did look into buying the 'salvaged' bike back but after various calls to different insurance companies it seems my bike would have basically been uninsurable.
And so the further wait for my payout begins and the weeks and the months drag by and the calls and the emails remain either unanswered or else just infuriatingly vague or deliberately obfuscatory.
Anyway, after eventually being told it could take up to a year for my payout and that they were having some difficulty dealing with the other insurer I took matters into my own hands and managed to communicate directly with the third party's insurance myself ( as I should have just done from the beginning obviously) who were very helpful and got things moving very quickly from this point.
I was clearly never going to get anywhere with fourth dimension and would probably still be waiting for my payment now, months later. I basically had to extricate myself from their trap by doing all the legwork myself, otherwise they would have deliberately dragged it on forever and I'd probably have had to go to court as the other insurer would have quite rightly disputed their ludicrous charges.
This company are not your friends, they just want to make as much money for themselves from the situation as they possibly can by stringing it out as long as they can with their diabolical bike hire and storage charges.
I very rarely leave reviews or dwell on bad experiences, I just prefer to forget and move on but in this case I feel morally obliged to warn others about this legalised scam.
Avoid at all costs!

I had an accident got a loan bike which I didn’t even know about when I say they delivered they do bike was with me Monday. They kept me in the loop they collected my bike with in 12/24hr of the accident and the member after George Michael Jennifer have been absolutely fantastic. Would recommend them no question asked. Finger crossed I don’t have another accident but if I ever need another loan bike I know we’re to go. Much appreciated
Friendly and helpful company
Friendly and helpful company, i had two claims 2022 & 2023 both expirence very good yamaha writed off, kawasaki repaired, never looked better, clean and shiny. Friendly delivery and collection.
Rip off merchants
My wife had her 2021 motorscooter knocked over in her company car park and had some minor cosmetic damage to some panels ie scratches etc. contacted the insurance and was contacted by 4th dimension who arranged to pick up the bike and make a estimate of the damage. After a week my wife contacted them to find out what was happening to her bike, they informed her that the cost of the repair was more than the bike was worth and would cost around £1700 and the bike would be cat N due to it being only worth £1400. I was not happy about their estimate and decided to get an independent quote from where we purchased the bike, 4th dimension delivered the bike back saying that they didn't want anything else to do with it and that they would be pursuing a claim for the hiring of the replacement bike and storage. We got the bike assessed and surprise surprise the cost of the repair is only £528 for parts and labour. My advice is to anyone who is thinking of dealing with this company, DON'T, they are just a money grabbing institution.
Very trustworthy and good customer experience
Although, it's taken 9 months for my bike to be returned this was mostly down to availability of parts. The knowledge and workmanship of the mechanic Jon, who specializes in Harley Davidson, has been excellent. The management of the repairs by Callum was also good, giving me constant updates and being very helpful in answering any questions I had. Has been a positive experience
i hope to don't deal with them any more
this company declared my bmw k1200 write off for couple of scratch , than offered me to buy the bike for scrap , stupidly i accepted , but also , they left me a courtesy bike ( not the one i asked) and they claimed £290 a day of rent wich off course the insurance company is refusing to pay , so now we need to go to court , if you deal with them don't accept courtesy bike from them
Absolutely terrible company and needs…
Absolutely terrible company and needs investigating for fraud and theft. Very shoddy and definitely in cohoots with motoline on ebay. I can also advise people never to get a hire bike from them.
Bennetts are a good company and need to dump them immediately
Had my bike for 6 months but was told…
Had my bike for 6 months but was told it could take this long but it was minor damage so shouldn't have taken that long .as for the repairs I can't fault them if I'm going to be honest my bike came back better than it looked when I got it from the showroom . Just the time frame that was a bit of a joke for me other than that there work quality is second to none and I am one of those nit pickers that nothing is good enough so I have to say pleasently surprised when I got it back
Would give zero if I could
Would give zero if I could. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE CON MEN.
Long story short I was knocked off my motorcycle while stationary at a roundabout and was told by insurance company that my bike needs to be recovered. Once 4th Dimension hit my bike it took them months to get a 'engineer' to check my bike and within an hour of looking it over it was deemed a write off and they would only pay £1000 for the bike as its not worth more!.
Sent half to clear the finance and then nothing else from them every time you call all you get is 'I'll pass this on and see if I can sort it' answer no one cares and the attitude you get when you question them on anything is disgusting. Please read the 64% of the 1* or belove reviews they speak for themselves. Good luck
Incident in Europe
Had an incident in Spain, miss judged a corner and left the road, ended up with the bike stuck in a ditch. Spanish Police insisted the bike was moved or locals would strip it. Called Bennetts international number (BIG MISTAKE) and spoke to someone obviously from 4th dimension. Asked if they could help recover my bike, Yes she said, took my details. Two Hours later got a text saying the bike was out of there jurisdiction and I would have to arrange recovery myself. However, they still opened a claim on my insurance policy! There was no claim, my own breakdown insurance, covered me and I done my own repairs, so no third party, no claim yet it is now on my policy as an accident. Not sure who's worst, 4th Dimension, AXA insurance or Bennetts, they are all just a total bunch of snakes.
4th Dimension: the cause of higher vehicle insurance premiums.
May 2023, am stopped at a temporary traffic light, and get rear ended. Driver admits liability. My bike is more than rideable (Bonnie 875 America) I check the damage , and all I can see is the metal rear fender has been partially bent sideways.Few days later I get a call from 4th Dimension saying they have been instructed to collect my bike for inspection, uh OK say I. Next day a van turns up to both take my bike, and leave a hire bike (Honda Rebel 500, literally new) So off goes my bike, into my garage goes the Honda. Long story short, after many phone calls from 4th D saying how they are trying to get the other side to inspect my bike, I finally get an email saying the bike has been written off due to being uneconomical to repair (a Cat N) the engineers report states a 'moderate impact', and that the following would need to be replaced: New Parts Required:- Back Rest, left hand rear Fender Mount, O Ring And Seal, Rear Fender Assembly, Rear Spindle And
Bearings, Rear Tyre, right hand rear Fender Mount, Saddle Bags, Sundries.' So Im offered a payout, but state that's fine but I want the bike back, 4thD ask why would I want a broken bike back, because I do, well how about an extra £300? Now I thought it was the insurance company that decided the payout??? Any way I say no, I receive the bike back plus value, less the buy back amount. The bike was away so long that the mot had run out, so i take it to my local bike garage, and state, please mot , and could you check the parts the 4thD engineer stated needing replacing. Hour later the bike has passed its MOT , other than the rear fender there is absolute nothing that needed replacing nor was safe. My garage then told me that it was likely that they increased the offer price as they had already lined up a potential buyer for my bike. Hmmm, I note that Moto Mine on Ebay sells lots of salvage motorbikes, and they are part of 4th Dimension. Now, we are constantly told that vehicle insurance has gone up because of spurious driver/rider insurance claims, but I believe it is companies like 4thD that have caused insurance premiums to go up, why? OK, in total I received around £4k for the bike and my back injuries (still ongoing) What did 4thD get £18k!!!!!!!, yes £18000!!! That included their 'costs' and, the Honda Rebel bike hire was £135 A DAY!!!!! Recently 4thD contacted me saying I owe them some £145! I replied there was no way in hell they would get that, as they were the only 'winners' in this accident, and with an £18k payout they could afford to buy three More brand new Honda Rebels. My review is not to slate this company, but to suggest that we drivers/riders are not the only cause of higher insurance premiums. PS this is the second time my bike has been written off for little damage, she rides fine, is safe and beautiful, never to be sold.
BUNCH OF SCAMMING COWBOYS
They only got 1 star because I couldn’t give a zero!!!!
Well where do I start, got knocked off my bike in June 2023 and after a trip to A&E I was back home and in lots of pain. The following morning received a call from a company(4th Dimension) saying they had arranged to collect my bike with my insurance and as I was in pain didn’t think about it and said “ok”.
Long story short, bike collected, written off category B by their in-house inspection(structural and not able to return to road) but then inspected by 3rd party insurance and declared as a category N( uneconomic to repair but not structural). I asked for the bike to be returned to me to get repaired.
Bike returned with parts missing (exhaust, ohlins shocks, oil cooler cover and end caps) that had been sold!!!! So rejected the delivery and sent it back.
After several emails I was contacted by a customer liaison manager who offered £300 compensation for the inconvenience caused.
They then managed to get MY parts back and refit them before attempting to redeliver for a 2nd time… unfortunately the van broke down ( if you believe that🤔) and so had to re book for a 3rd time.
In my opinion they are a bunch of scamming cowboys that are only interested in making money at the expense of customers and none of my bikes will ever go anywhere near them again.
Stay away and avoid like the plague!!!!
I've had a bad experience with 4th…
I've had a bad experience with 4th dimension they sent out a rental why mine was fixed that was a complete mess and complained about so they sent a new one out complained about it and was passed to customer relations jenifer she listened to what I had to say was paid £120 in compensation further more my bike in just over a week has been looked at and estimated just waiting now because it's Christmas for the 3rd party engineer to look at the damage so then can go ahead so the moto of this story is talk and if your not happy speak to someone I did and looked were it got me were only human not superheroes
Shockingly bad service avoid at all costs
Don’t know where to start with this one. Accident occurred October 2022 where I was knocked off my bike by a driver pulling out from side street. Incident caught on dashcam in vehicle behind and my own bike.
Driver admitted liability straight away and their insurance agreed to meet the cost of the claim.
4th dimension advised me to accept a hire bike from them to force 3rd party insurance to settle quickly due to the daily cost of said bike. (Worst thing I ever done was to accept). Anyway the hire bike arrived and left after 3 months or so and did not turn a wheel due to extent of injuries. No updates despite numerous emails and now on possibly 8th person dealing with the claim and after 14 months I’m informed it’s now going to court which doesn’t surprise me as 3rd party insurance has been hit with a £24000.00 yes 24k bill for the hire bike a tatty old cbf100f then there's the storage fees for my bike that was written off on top my personal injury and cost to replace kit which is still outstanding. Things have got so bad I have no words for this absolute shower other than avoid at all costs.
Avoid if you can
My trike rolled away from me in a car park and tapped a car. My fault so rang the Carol Nash one stop number. They didn’t say who they were took details and said they would pick up the trike. This felt wrong so I declined the offer then the pushing started. At this point they said they were 4th Dimension. In the end I had to become very assertive and they begrudgingly said they would have to email my insurance company Aegis. The call ended and I then googled them. I use a local repair shop in Cornwall rang the owner who said he does repairs for Aegis. Contacted Aegis who were so so helpful agreed I could get one quote from JPMotorworx so next day rode there and the following day quote was with Aegis. Agreed in 5 days parts ordered repair will be done by Christmas. If it had gone to 4th dimension pre repair costs pick up/storage alone would have seen my trike written of. Just avoid at all costs and find a local accredited repairer if you can.
Scammers
Scammers, they are keeping my bike against my will for 3 months now, saying that they’re waiting on the 3rd party inspection and now waiting for a supposed independent engineer, that will be 3 inspections for a bike that just had minor cosmetic damages.
Basically the goal of this company is to keep your bike for as long as they can to charge crazy amounts for storage.
We should all come together with our cases and take these criminals to civil court.
Email me so we can make a plan and do this, I created this email for that purpose
