NEVER AGAIN!!

I was a returning customer and decided to purchase around 10 pairs of shoes for my family. 6pm blocked my account, and said I needed to verify my order or they'd cancel it.
I tried calling them and wait over half an hour on the line and the call was disconnected. I called 4 more times and nothing!
Terrible customer service. If you don't want people spending over $500 on your website then you're plan is working.

No longer a customer

I have shopped 6pm.com for years with no problems until now. They have lost me as a customer and I do NOT recommend shopping with them unless you are solidly sure about the size/fit etc. of what you are ordering (ex: a pair of shoes you already own and want a replica on sale). They advertise FREE SHIPPING on their website... they changed this... it is free shipping to you... but if something does not fit, is unwanted, or not as described... YOU MUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING. With shoes this can be expensive. I bought a pair of boots for $100. and they did not fit. My return shipping was $27. I also purchased a pair of boots on sale for $30. The zippers are broken and the boots are unusable. I am not paying nearly the same price to send them back. Now I am out 57 bucks for nothing. NOT COOL. This is especially infuriating that they used to have free to/from shipping and are still advertising free shipping on their website (read those fine details).

Return Shipping

I have been a customer of 6 PM for many years. I recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes, which neither pair fits. I went to return them and USPS was charging $35.00, so I went to UPS which the return was $27.00. I was still not please about the return cost. Needless to say, I will not be ordering directly from them again.

Long time customer, I love the selections, quick to resolve any issues

I have always loved shopping on this site. They have awesome stuff, great prices and are usually very responsive to any issues. I recently had an issue with a shipping charge on an order I placed and for some reason had some trouble getting it corrected. 6pm followed up the very next day with a resolution. I have only had wonderful experience with exceptional CS

I been having a wonderful experience with 6PM. All items that I have purchased, jeans, shirts, blazer, under garment and sneakers have come as described. The material and workmanship, no complaints. I did have to call CS today but it was a complaint on the delivery person and not 6PM. Nadine had an exceptional CS!!! 10*** if I could. I will definitely continue to shop with 6PM.

You have to PAY shipping for sending…

You have to PAY shipping for sending anything back. Do yourself a favor and shop at a store where you are not charged more for shipping items back than you paid for the merchandise. ALSO, my shoes were mailed from AMAZON. I could have made my purchase directly from Amazon and not pay for a return. Lessons learned!!!

Returning items that don't fit is too…

Returning items that don't fit is too expensive versus going into a store....while 6pm has a great selection it just doesn't do it for me. I understand that 6pm tries to keep costs low regarding selling shoes but I would rather pay a higher price at a store where I can return the shoes for the same amount vs paying return postage especially in this current economy.

If I could give them a ZERO or a negative star, it would be more appropriate. I ordered a Coach Backpack in June 11 and it was taking a longer time for the delivery June 24. I needed it for a trip. However, I finally called and they said it was not sellable and so I had to borrow a backpack for my trip. WORST PART - The next day, I saw it as an available item for $100 more. So, I called to get it for the price I originally purchased it for - which they canceled - and they said that they could not apply the original price and if I wanted it still, I had to pay the price it is today. A truly really really bad service.

Disapointed Customer!

I purchased a pair of sandals through 6PM. The shoes I received were too small and looked like they had been worn, stretched out and returned. I am a solid 8.5 which is what I ordered...too small. (No sizing recommendations on the site for this shoe) Needless to say, I returned the shoes. 6PM requires you to pay your own return shipping so I paid almost $10.00 (which is ridiculous USPS for a package that weighs 1lb!) to ship a $26 shoe back. No more ordering from 6PM for me!

Never again

Make sure you know exactly what you want and know the size will fit. I had to return a pair of shoes. It cost me half of what the shoes cost and I don’t have any shoes to show for it. I will never purchase from 6PM again.

I will be a return customer from here on out.The prices are great and I did order two pairs of boots and sent one pair back and no problems.I have horses and needed a good comfy and warm boot and thats what I got with the Easy Spirit Valls.I wade through horse poop and mud and its been cold.Even tho these boots are not waterproof and you should spray them with a spray to help keep the water at bay..my feet stay warm and dry.Thanks 6pm!!!

Size small even though label reads correct

10 days ago I bought the Brooks ghost shoe size 11.5 at a local Fleet Feet. I wanted a second pair of running shoes so I bought the Brooks Glycerin from 6pm, however I wanted to get a half size larger than my Ghost shoes so I ordered a size 12.

After receiving the Glycerin size 12 today, I tried them on and they were very tight, way tighter than I remember my Ghost 11.5. I put the Ghost shoe on and it felt good with room to spare, and the Glycerin, which is a half size larger according to the label inside, felt very snug. I then went and compared the two by placing the heels of my Ghost shoe and Glycerin shoe on a table standing up and sure enough it is evident the Glycerin shoe is smaller.

I just want a Glycerin that will fit. I am not looking forward to returning these after reading some responses, but hopefully the customer service team will work with me.

Update: Went from a 1 star to a 5. The company answered the call without me being on hold, the lady was extremely pleasant and understanding, and was able to give me a full refund. I did not have to pay for shipping costs. I would purchase from here again.

HUGE waste of money!

I bought a small pair of sandals which they shipped floating around with a square of tissue paper in a humongous oversized "recycled" box big enough to fit 3 cats in. (Approx. 10"x12"x15".) No shoe box, no packing materials, no envelope, no plastic bag, just the naked shoes themselves and a 6" square of tissue paper in the massive box.

The shoes did not fit at all and since they demand that you return items in the "original packaging", I ended up having to pay $15 to ship them back via FedEx Ground which also required a special trip to a FedEx office, since the daily Fedex pickup at my workplace does not include any Fedex Ground shipping. An hour of my life and $15 wasted. I'll never order from them again because of that.

I wish I had thought to look up reviews of them before wasting my money because I see everyone else has had similar atrocious experiences with them.

Update 1/09/22: in response to their "response" below, I sent the following email to their "customer service" on 12/28/21, as per their suggestion. I have received zero response, so clearly they don't give a cr@p about making their customers happy or setting things right with people that they have ripped off. I'm still out $15 to these useless folks. You've been warned, don't give them your money.

Ordered shoes for the first time from…

Ordered shoes for the first time from 6pm.com. They didn’t fit right unfortunately and I was prepared to pay the shipping fees until USPS informed me it would cost $45 to return the 2 pairs of shoes. This was almost the cost of One pair of shoes! I would not shop here again because of this. I can probably make more re-selling the shoes than returning them.

BEWARE:The shipping cost is half of my purchase

I've been purchasing many shoes and boots over the years from 6pm and also recommended the site to family and friends, however today I decided that I will never make another purchase from this site again and I will let everyone know about their awful return policy. I received the boots today and the leather is so stiff and hard that I can't put my foot inside so I decided to send them back, they were $95, the USPS office wants to charge me $48 to ship these back because the size of the box. This is absolutely outrageous. 6pm should offer a flat fee for returns just like many other online shopping sites. Now I'm stuck with these boots that I cannot wear. Horrible shopping experience. They are basically forcing you to keep the items. You lose either way and they got your money. Beware before you purchase anything from 6pm.

Return is expensive

My order was delivered sooner than expected and in good condition but I had to return the boots because they were too small. I knew I had to pay for the return, the box they came in was not in good shape so I had to purchase one. I didn't expect to pay almost more for the return than the cost of the boots. This will greatly limit my buying from 6PM.

Scam artist

Wanted to buy a pair of dr. Martens, yellow. There was a price disparity from what was in the cart to what was shown when scrolling. Talked to customer service, they said that would fix the $5 difference. Sounds great, but the shoes were no longer in my cart for me to buy them and on top of that they took the shoes off the website as a whole. For years this has been my go to website, but if this wasn’t the biggest scam I don’t know what is! Better off going somewhere else, not a reputable website!
