I’m really so dissapointed

I’m really so dissapointed! To return 2 boots i bought in 6pm that didnt meet my expectacions costs me on shipping more than 70 dollars!!! This is the last time i buy something there. The total cost of both boots was $150.

Update: thanks 6pm for reaching out and helping me to solve this issue, it was really insane what i would have to pay for this shipping. Hopefully you will consider this in your consumer experience journey as an essential point, it´s so relevant!

This is the last time I shop with them

This is the last time I shop with them. bought a pair of shoes and they are supposed to be a medium, but are very narrow. I have had this brand in the past without difficulty. Sent stuff back in the past without incident, but I see now expensive shipping back for ill fitting items are on you. Never again

Not accurate dimensions

I bought 2 pairs of summer wedges from 6pm. I chose 8.5 as according to the size chart available on the size, that was the right size for me even 3 mm shorter. Actual dimensions on cm that i received is 25.8 cm. It is not a huge drama, but still the shoes are wide and I have to resize them.

Bought a jacket that did not say it was a girls jacket ANYWHERE in the description. And it still doesn’t after I contacted customer service. And to tell
Me I am still responsible for return shipping when this was SOLELY an error on their part NOT mine, is definitely not good customer service at all!! Will not buy from here again!!

Worst Customer Service ever

Worst Customer Service ever! I have been a 6pm customer for many years and without consulting with me they decided to deny me access to my own account. No reason and no explanation. I used to always recommend this site, mark my words, NEVER again.

Awful service

I bought two jackets in two different orders, I paid around 60 dlls for return. I sent other packages to other places at the same time and they were received in few days.
45 day after that and I haven’t received a credit, nothing ! Not even a mail saying they are working on my return. I never had such a bad experience in online shopping. I’m very disappointed, they just lost a costumer for their awful service.

UPDATE
After almost 3 months I finally received my refund for both items. I don’t know why it takes so long if I found out they received the returns few days after I sent them. The cost for returns are excessive comparing with any other company. I wish they provide a level for print and a flat rate for returns.

They’re quick and have good prices

They’re quick and have good prices, but make sure you aren’t returning it. I spent $58 on a pair of shoes. Sent them back from Maine to KY. It cost me $17 to ship back. I did look up return policy, and it did say I was responsible for cost, but I never dreamed it would be that pricey to mail back. Will not be ordering from them again.

I have been a 6pm customer for many…

I have been a 6pm customer for many years, until now. I recently spent about 600 dollars on some new clothing. I sent some items back two days after receiving the order. Six weeks later I am still waiting for all my credits to appear. I called and they claimed they had not received the package, funny they have issued one credit on an item in the box. I called my credit card company, disputed the charge, then 6pm issued about half of the credits due, and my CC company said there is nothing else they can do. My advice, don't use this company if you value your money. They will not issue the refunds due you. I have tried to pull up the order number and they have locked my account.

I have been buying from 6pm for over ten years. Only had to return something once. Ordered the correct size first, then sent the one incorrect size back. I order direct from 6 pm not Amazon. The quality of the shoes is always good and not a knock off. I have also got some awesome me s clothes.

I got What I ordered

I ordered a pair of Bensley Step Dark Tan Leather 12 EE -Wide shoes. They were delivered today. I put them on just to realize that the shoes are extremely narrow. I verified the tag and it says 12W. However, they are not. They are as narrow as narrow can be. Now, this is not an indictment on 6pm but to our retail environment in general: consumers are addicted to cheap stuff (my shoes with taxes and everything were $58), and retailers keep pumping us cheap, overseas products with little or no quality controls. I'd rather they tell me that the cheapest shoes are $90 and I know I will get a product that is comfortable, quality-controlled, etc. than getting what I paid for: cheap garbage. It is hassle to return and I will keep them but I really regret falling for the allure is cheap prices. They truly are cheap in materials and quality.

The returns policy

The returns policy, where the Customer is required to pay for return shipping is horrendous! I bought 2 pairs of shoes for $128, the return shipping came to $48!!! Plus, one pair of shoes had clearly been worn, stretched and returned! Never again.

Update response to 6pm: you can still provide a return label, and deduct for shipping since commercial rates would be way more reasonable than those at the expense of a customer. I'll patronize other sites that can then.
