Wonderful experience with Lesia.
She made what could have been a stressful last-minute decision feel completely effortless. When we decided to exchange rings at our civil ceremony, time was tight, but she personally ensured everything was completed within a week. Her attention to detail and thoughtful guidance on sizing, weight and width were incredibly helpful. The showroom is beautiful and made the whole experience feel even more special. We are truly grateful for her care and absolutely love our wedding bands.

Amazing product, blew me away when I saw it in person. The website customization process was very easy to navigate. Updates via email on the progress of the build were very regular and I enjoyed being kept in the loop. The build was completed ahead of the projected time which was a lovely bonus. Would 100% recommend 77 Diamonds for anyone looking to make this very important purchase.

Very professional and helpful

I have received a fantastic service and especially from Holly whose advice on the ring to get was gratefully received. I unfortunately had to return my first choice of ring as it did not fit my awkward fingers properly and Holly was very accommodating and helped me with the returns process and kept me informed every step of the way from the return to receiving a replacement. If you need advice I would be sure to ask for Holly

Easy to purchase, great prices and excellent communication (from Clare) throughout the purchase process. Arrived much quicker than initially stated, and packaged really nicely.

The product quality and customer services are great. The pricing is also competitive. I was going to give a 5 star, but the website has put me off a bit (need to improve the web flow and filtering, poor usability).

Everything worked perfectly!

I ordered a diamond ring and was given a delivery date for a month later. However, I’m delighted to say that when I requested delivery on time for Valentine’s Day, two weeks earlier, Natacha from 77 Diamonds did everything she could to bring it forward. My concerns about the delivery being with Royal Mail were baseless. It came safely the next day. Very good service.

Great service from Fannie and the diamonds were delivered very quickly in time for my wife's birthday. I can highly recommend 77 Diamonds.

Service was personal and professional. They were able to show me first through email and telephone conversations and then in person (Hannover Square) the items that I was considering. They understood my requirements and price point and appropriately guided me. Needless to say my wife was extremely happy. I will definitely use 77 diamonds again for other jewellery in the future

After a bumpy ride with not hearing back from the sales support for a few days, I was contacted by Scott Wagstaff - who made the entire process extremely reassuring. Not only did Scott apologise for the lack of original response, he worked to ensure I received my ring 4 weeks sooner than the anticipated date! Scott kept me updated throughout the entire process, and my experience with 77 diamonds was a much more positive one as soon I was introduced to them.
