I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the process. The engagement ring is absolutely stunning—beautiful craftsmanship and even better than I imagined. Everything was handled professionally, patiently, and with great attention to detail. First of all i would like to send my compliments to Alexis because he explained all the details i couldn.t find on the internet and he was absolutely incredible on customer service , it looked like we knew each other for long time , he was friendly , clear in explanations and warm . I didn.t feel like he force me to buy something and i had to study many days the products i need and he had alot of patience with me and also we worked out the most suitable way to get into the posession of the products .
Secondly i would like to say that i am impressed of the quality of products that 77 diamonds offers. Impressive . 10 out of 10. Thank you with gratitude!

From start to finish, Tarek Alawiye was exceptional. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to my many questions. Buying an engagement ring is a big and sometimes stressful decision, but Tarek made the entire process feel smooth, clear, and genuinely enjoyable.

I was proposing in Amsterdam over the Christmas break, and Tarek went above and beyond to help arrange delivery at the perfect time, while also making sure I would still have enough time for the free resizing afterwards. That level of care and attention to detail really meant a lot to me.

When the ring arrived, I was blown away — it is absolutely stunning and exceeded all my expectations. Most importantly, my fiancée completely loves her ring, which is all I could have hoped for.

Super helpfull customer service, incredible items to select from. The “make your own” is perfect, plenty of options to choose from with transparant pricing. Shipping was also fast, no import fees.
