I ordered a brand-new engagement ring without any engraving from 77 Diamonds. Recently, we discovered that the inside of the ring is engraved with the names and wedding date of completely unknown people from 2023!
Instead of taking responsibility for this severe mix-up, customer service refuses a free remedy. They made false technical claims, denying it is their font, and are demanding a fee to fix their own massive blunder. It highly appears that returned items are being recycled and sold as "new" without quality control. Insulting customer service and zero accountability. Avoid this company!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that this situation has caused you and your partner distress.
We would, however, like to clarify a few points. The ring was delivered to you 4 years ago, and the engraving inside the band is highly visible. As part of our manufacturing and quality control processes, such an engraving would have been immediately apparent before the ring was dispatched. Equally, given its visibility, we would reasonably have expected it to have been noticed at some point during the first couple of weeks/months of the ring being worn rather than after 4 years.
Since you first contacted us, we have remained in regular communication and have made several attempts to work with you towards a resolution. Unfortunately, our last four communications have gone unanswered, despite our willingness to continue assisting you.
We completely understand the sentimental significance of an engagement ring, which is why we remain keen to investigate this matter further and find an appropriate resolution. Our offer to assist remains open, and we would welcome the opportunity to continue the conversation should you wish to respond to our previous correspondence.

I had a fantastic experience with 77 Diamonds. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Hollie was always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated throughout the process, which made everything stress-free.
The engagement ring is absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, my now fiancée loves it! The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are outstanding.

Dreadful Experience and Customer Service
Dreadful experience after researching multiple places. Inaccurate online booking system that says ‘Book an Appointment’ yet it is actually a ‘Request for an Appointment’. Very limited follow-up contact with communication going between very entitled, condescending staff who were rude in their approach. Worth looking at alternatives for a smoother process from start to finish.

The entire process so far has been smooth and professional. Communication has been excellent, and Cecilia Rotar has been incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions quickly and making the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
The ring is still in production and has not yet been dispatched, but based on the service I've received so far, I am very happy with my experience. I will update this review once the ring has been delivered.
