I got the same experience as that all the other reviews have stated. After my refund request had been ignored, I immediately lodged an dispute and further escalated to a claim with Paypal where I had made the transaction of my purchase in 86mall.com. Within three day, the 100% refund was back into my bank account. It's a waste of time to argue with a trickster.

This is totally scam, after you purchase the product, then ask you to pay rediculous expensive shipping fee, don't buy anything from this site, they are totally scam

Terrible!!! Don’t buy anything on 86mall.com. The shipping fee is extremely expensive, and you can’t change your mind to return or cancel it!

The website claims free shipping, and after I've paid for the product, I was asked to pay shipping and service fees that were three times more than the product. They claimed that they would refund the shipping fee as credits to be used for the next purchased. This was not stated clearly on their advertisement!

I refused to pay at first and requested for a refund. My request for refund was rejected (with lots of reasons) and I was asked to pay the additional fees or I'd lose the product.

The free shipping claim on 86 Mall's advertisement was deceiving. The shipping fee was not FREE, and costs 3 times more than the product that I bought. After the product arrived, it was damaged and was not made of the same material as described on the website. When I contacted their customer service to ask for a refund, my request was rejected.

I have opened a case on PayPal to report the problem. If you're reading this and have recently bought something from 86Mall, I suggest you report the case to PayPal asap and DO NOT pay any more fees that they ask from you.

Also when I tried many times to give bad reviews on their website, the system automatically blocked my review. When I checked the reviews on their websites, there were all 5-star reviews. I'm sure this is another marketing scam.

It is totally a scam website. It is actually not 1star . It can be -1 star. Since it is not even an unacceptable experience. It does not even sell you products, only cheat you with a lot of money. After you paid the money, they don't send you products, after several days argument, you receive an email saying your $50 products need $100 shipping fee. I don't even think they have products. When you say I don't want to buy it, they can only return you $10, they just get $40 returning fee.
What kind of company it is? You buy $200 product and you get an email saying need $600 shipping fee, if you don't pay the shipping fee, ok, I will charge you $160 returning fee.
Not several ,but every charge is scam. 每一笔都是骗人的，他们客服连英语都不会。 他们客服说“请给我你的单号”，我说can you speak english,他过了10分钟回复“please give me your single number” 。single number 都出来了，这是一丁点英语都不会的人做英语客服，根本连客服都是假的。

Never buy product from this site!!!!! It is the worst e-shop that I have ever experienced. They charge twice higher price than mainland China PLUS a huge amount of delivery fee. They do not return the money to you when you cancel your order. In the condition that you ask them to return the money to you, they return only partial amount to you and claim the rest for processing fee. The way that they cheat money from customers is disgusting. Do not buy any product from this site!!!!!

The way they handle the business is a totally fraud. They will tell you the international shipping for free. After you pay for the item, wait few days for the seller ship the item to their warehouse. (You will have to pay the item first.) Then they will charge you outrage international shipping fee. If I know those, I will not buy this at all because you will never know how much the total will be. My case is triple the item price from my purchase and waste too much time to communicate with the customer no service. They will not solve anything for you. They will respond but nothing will be done.

I got the shipping credit finally and still not good enough as "Free Shipping". The money had been retained as next purchase. Customer Service send my requests all the time. I believe the customer service is much better now....

I don't see how it is cheaper than if buying directly from Mainland China websites, most offer delivery overseas anyway. I have never been scammed but just looking at the price, I don't see how they can continue operating. The price quoted are already more than twice the original price and it seems that the postage is not free at all. You only get postage back as a refund for your next purchase by the look of things.

Not recommend to use 86mall. The postage is too expensive. It adds up together with much more expensive than eBay. The goods price is not bad. The postage was not shown when you placed the order. After you paid, the goods was shipped to their storage. They then asked you to pay a high postage. That is a trick.

worst online shopping experience in my life. like others said, the shipping is much higher than the stuff i ordered. Tried to cancel, yes, they did but charged me the service fee more then what I paid. finally i still own them money after cancelled. My order only 23 USD but they charged me 48 bucks for cancellation fee. that is shame.

If possible, I will give No star. This is the worst online shopping experience I have so far. This company is totally a scam!!! The products price usually 2-4 times higher than TaoBao, and guess what's more, you will be required o pay a very high shipping cost and normally that would be higher than the value of the items you have purchased.

It is a scam and false advertising when they said they offer completely free shipping when you register and spend RMB$200 (about US$32) within 48 hours. After I paid for my purchases, they emailed me and asked for US $150 for shipping my US$35 order!
They said I need to pay the shipping fees upfront and they will partially refund the fees ($65), but the refund is in form of store credit, not cash refund.
Don't ever, ever do business with 86mall!

Either a scam or badly set up site. Never in my life that i have experienced such a BAD shopping experience. Free world wide shipping become chargeable shipping. Ended up cancelling orders and report to PayPal.

It's a scam. The website claimed itself as Taobao, but it's not. Don't believe what the website promised for free delivery. I ordered a few things that worth 30 euro. The items that I ordered arrived at the warehouse, but I have to pay nearly 70 euro to get them delivered. I paid through Paypal, so I will try to get my money back.

they do not have enough option for shipping methods. Also, their deal turnsout different with what they advertised. they do not have good communications with their delivery company and putting all responsibility on customers. they even request a redelivery charge when their delivery company failed to delivery to me without a contact. Seriously, do not trust this website! Not sure if it is a scam yet but even not, i regret i chose them at first place !

this is a scam, this company should not even be allowed to continue operate. All products they listed says free shipping to US and whole bunch of other countries.
I paid thru paypal then got email from them saying product is in warehouse and I need to choose a carrier, I have to pay $100 for so-called free-shipping product.

Just like other people said, 86mall.com is a scam. It plays tricks on customers. It should have told costumers to place the shipment after the goods have got to the warehouse. Instead I have been waiting and have no idea what was going on. Free shipping is not true. Even though my order satisfies their free shipping requirement, i have to pay for the shipping fee myself first and then 86mall will reimburse the fee to my 86mall account instead of my personal credit card. It means that I have to come back to this website again to use up the shipping fee. What the hell? This is like a black hole. I wish that I could have read all the reviews of this website before I placed my order. Since my order has arrived to the warehouse for 17 days, I don't know if they will refund me or not. This website is such a dishonest. DON'T BUY THINGS FROM THIS WEBSITE.

This website is a fraud. I cannot believe this kind of website is legal and is still running. I once bought a package from this website because it said free shipping, but I have to prepaid the shipping fee. However, the website returned the fee to my account and trap it in there and force me to spend those on its website. I will no longer spend a penny on this trash website!

I opened account, web site said first time shipping free but has too buy over $35 dollars worth goods. I did order close to $40 dollars of stuff. After waited, waited two weeks, nothing happen, then I found out, the products went to their warehouse, need me to go request ship to US. when I click ship request, web showed me I have to pay over $300 dollars of shipping fee! Are you kidding me? A smart thing I did was I did not pay RB using Ali Pay, I paid by Citi credit card, I have the opportunity to dispute the charge!

Scam website!!!! They claimed to have free shipping globally, but still required us to pay first and later on pay you back with store credit, so that you can use these credits to buy more, and the cycle repeats. Also, their shipping fee is ridiculously high and you wont know how much it is until you pay for your products. And dont try to return any products because they will still charge you for service fee and return shipping fee!! Dont go on this website, dont get tempted by their products. Most of their products dont even have customer reviews available. 86mall, you dont even deserve one star 👎👎👎
