UBUY says, go to the app for realtime tracking, but in realtime, a shipment is out for delivery while in UBUY app, it somewhere else in other country.

Bad follow-ups
Well, the worst matter about Ubuy follow-up service is that there is no follow up on delayed orders/parcels this observation also includes not being able to collect the entire order in one parcel upon ordering but is instead dispersed into multiple parcels of the same order which makes it difficult to follow!. I hope this observation is clear and noted. Thank you.
