Poor service
We hired a bouncy castle via A1 for my sons birthday. A couple of days before the party I received an email that they would deliver between 11 and 11.30 even thought I filled in a form that the party started at 11. They told me they couldn't get there any earlier, but they would be quick with the set up. 11.30AM on the day, still no bouncy castle so I rang them. The girl on the phone said someone would ring me back shortly. No call back. 11:45AM still no bouncy castle. Rang again, same message. 12:00AM they finally turned up, gone through paperwork and left. Kids go on the bouncycastle. The thing was soaking wet, apart from that this was very annoying after waiting for it for an hour. Also very dangerous.
Rang them on Monday to discuss this, I would get a call back. Never happened. Rang them on Wednesday, girl said we are very sorry our apologies. I told her that apologies didnt cover it, I would get a call back before Friday. She also told me that they had send me a message about being delayed on the day, a message that I never received. She said I have got it here and send it over to you as prove. Just like the "message" they did send on the day, I also never received an email. Rang again this morning, girl on the phone couldnt help me and told me someone will ring you back soon. Still nothing. NEVER AGAIN! Paid 95 pounds for 1,5 hours of playing for the kids.
