Once again amazing service and product, have use others in the past and none compare to A1 Plates, Having motorcycles as well as cars keep going back to these guys to put the finishing touch after detailing!!

Terrible customer service and poorly made plates. Lacquer blew out when I drilled holes for the plate. I used an acrylic drill bit and took all precautions when drilling. Never had issues when drilling plates from other companies. When I contacted them they eventually got back to me and asked for pictures of the plate and the drill bit I used. I did this. When they eventually got back to me after I sent the pictures, they told me the bit I used looked old and have me advice on how to drill the holes. Nothing more. Ridiculous. Would advise against using these and their inferior products.

Ordered some plates with BS number on and selected honeycomb which I had not realised were no longer considered road illegal. They should have this info on their site for what will be road legal and I had to fork out more money for new plates.

I just want to thank the guys at A1 Showplates for their great customer care and service. I ordered a rear plate and had added an item to my order by mistake. I emailed them explaining this , and I had an almost immediate email reply , saying they would remove it and send a refund. I got notification from PayPal straight away saying I had been refunded. Then the plate arrived within two days which was much quicker than the quoted time. It’s not often you get this quality customer care nowadays. So well done guys. Keep up the good work.

Used A1 a few times now, always great quality and value

A1 were able to offer the exact style of plates that other suppliers could not ( I wanted a number plate to use as a "No Parking" sign, and this was too many characters for other suppliers, but A1 managed to make a number plate that shows this with no problem).

Absolutely disgrace of a company. Ordered plates on the 26th of December, now the 2nd of January, only one reply saying they've been dispatched, with no update on postage tracking, and NOTHING arriving. I'm going to have to go through the hassle now, of fraud compensation to try and get my money back. Absolutely disgusting, this company needs shutting down, please don't waste your time, avoid at all costs.
