Outstanding service

Your colleague Amy

Your colleague, Amy was incredibly patient in dealing with this old man. She resolved my issue quickly and expertly. I gather l’m a junior member of her fan club, but she really excelled in this am’s phone conversation. Most deserving of commendation.

Immediate and accurate advice.

Ms. Amy Marotto gave me immediate and excellent advice that I was not able to get from any other source.
Understanding the intricacies of the survivor benefit program and being able to explain it in simple terms as a skill most don’t have. I was confused by everything I read until I spoke with Amy. I can now go forward and submit the forms she provided to complete my action with DFAS.

Mr Jacob Mercer is Top Notch!

Mr Jacob Mercer's been incredibly responsive, professional, and has helped steer me through the often times confusing paperwork that needed to be submitted. He connected me with other services like VA and DFAS. He would quickly return my calls and answer all my questions. My family was so impressed with AAFMAA that my two military sons have decided to take out their own policies. Thank you for employing such high caliber personnel that genuinely want to help customers.
