I went to a local carpet company and asked them for a piece of matting, the price quoted is expensive. I contacted Abbey Carpets and saved 20%. I paid for my goods on Wednesday and receive them on the Friday, this company is 220 miles away from where I live, everything in order first class service.

My local carpet shop told me that the manufacturer of kitchen carpets, stain resistant, had gone out of business. One search for "kitchen carpets" in Google and up came Abbey Carpets, which had exactly what we were looking for, stain resistant carpets. Easy web site to use and they even delayed the dispatch date so I would be at home on the delivery day. That's what I call Customer Service!

Great product ( wide brass carpet threshold strips ) - hard to find, but Abbey does them, and at a reasonable price.

Well-packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube.

However, uses MyHermes courier - not so good. Parcel was simply dumped outside my building ( no ring on doorbell, no card through letterbox ), but Hermes site says I signed for it ?

This is a great company to deal with, the delivery was fast and the product was of a really good quality. I have dealt with Abbey Carpets in the past and will deal with again. I was very pleased with the service that I received. Fantastic quality and price.
