Booked a viewing for Sunday 26/4/26 at 13:15 for a property in Hinshalwood Received email confirmation which ironically asked to let them know if appointment could not be kept and on Sunday morning received another email reminding me of the viewing. All standard practice. We specifically travelled up from London to view arrived slightly early then waited for over half an hour but NO estate agent turned up. Phoned the office number, no reply. So wasted 5 hours travel time and a tank of petrol. Absolutely awful. We were ready to buy once everything checked out so the owners have missed a sale. Not prepared to go again or let this very poor estate agent earn their commission.

The team at Abbot Fox have always been helpful and professional in finding suitable tenants over the past 6 years. They always respond quickly and provide a personal service. I can thoroughly recommend them!
