This is the second time I have used Abby. The first time was seemless. Hence used the service again.
I made a second booking for a repeat prescription. Unfortunately the scheduled appt time was cancelled last minute. Received a phone call about 30 minutes later. The appt was straightforward and went well with nurse practitioner. Roni was professional!! No issues.
Only problem I experienced this time was I struggled to access the script from the app. At the previous appt, I had made my son the account holder!! So I could not access my prescription. Referred to support by NP. Support were very quick and helpful and have accessed my account. Have filled my prescription with thanks. A bit messy but fixed!
Would definitely use again for prescription and med certificate. I have referred Abby to another family member. Great to see services using NPs!! Thank you for bulk billing your services. Highly recommend

I was impressed with the prompt and professional approach shown to me by the Tele health doctors.
They ask you questions relating to your request and not just wrote out a script.
It is very handy when nowadays you cannot get to see a GP when needed and also it is Bulk Billed.

Everything was amazing
Everything g was amazing. From the accessibility, to getting an appointment, seeing a certified health professional. It was all so easy and done within an hour and without leaving my living room, which will sick is a major plus. Would use Abby health again if I am ever too sick or unavailable to see a doctor but I need to. 10/10

It worked well once we booked a Dr appointment with a set time. However prior to it working we booked a Nurse Practicioner in a queue which after waiting 2 hours for a return call. They cancelled the booking. So that's why it's only a 3 star rating from us.

Abby health was extremely convenient and easy to use. I downloaded the free app, booked an appointment quickly and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Friendly doctors and very helpful and informative information and app. Would highly recommend.
