I was just laughing there and thought I'd share this with you all, as this would secure my decision to buy. My husband did a particularly howfing crap this morning, after shouting at him, he sprayed that fancy spray given to me for my birthday. I can still smell it's lovely smell this afternoon, with not one whiff of keech. I'd say that's positive feedback!🤣🤣🤣🤣

Absolutely gorgeous, stunning and non-generic scents. Wellington and Bryon are unreal. Have been looking for a way to make my home smell amazing and have tried so many different things from other brands (reed diffusers, candles, electric diffusers etc) and have never found what I’ve been looking for. The scents fill the whole downstairs of my house and I have had visitors come round and the first thing they say is “omg your house smells absolutely amazing”. I totally don’t mind paying a little extra to have a product that actually works. The burner looks so quirky too, and I love that you can buy different colour burners for your room’s colour scheme. Definitely will be buying other burners for around the house. LOVE!!

I have never wrote a review unless the company have asked but I really had to with this as it’s AMAZING!!! I looked at this burner for ages before caving in and getting one, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I love it, and to know it’s homemade and the story behind it is amazing. The scents are fantastic too.
After looking on here and seeing people moan about the packaging I wasn’t expecting much, but I think it was packed beautifully love the logos on the paper and the stamp design on the box. Thank you so much, I will definitely be ordering more oils. Fast delivery too which was great.

The 10% code I was sent didn’t work, I only knew when I checked my online banking straight after the transaction. I contacted them immediately, no reply. I then received the order, the box smelt so sickly sweet, I found the oil that was the source of the smell and saw that not only was it in the box of 3, it was also in the larger bottle which I chose a different scent. I contacted them again, reiterating the ignored email about the discount and they replied a few days later to say there’s nothing they can do about the discount code (there is-refund it) and the oil there was no choice over-yes there was there was a drop down menu. They then closed the communication by saying it was resolved no it wasn’t!!!! I should’ve received £10 off my order and out of 4 oils sent the two which are IDENTICAL are nothing like described on their website!!!! I have basically spent £100 on the stand and 2 oils, so no I would not recommend and their customer service is diabolical.

Bullied? How is this bullying? I wrote a factual description of my experience with your company. I didn’t ‘forget a code’ I used the 10% discount code on your website, it didn’t work and when I contacted you saying it didn’t work, instead of apologising or suggesting a refund you said ‘Unfortunately we cannot retrospectively apply discount codes, they need to aded at the time of purchase’. I’d already explained that the code didn’t work and immediately contacted you when I’d checked my online banking, an email which you didn’t respond to but only after me trying to get a response on email, trustpilot and finally Instagram TODAY did you finally respond 7 days later to say it had gone to junk, yet my other emails hadn’t. Ok.

Have bought 2 now for gifts after seeing one at a friends house , they are so unique and look amazing. Delivery was really quick. Very happy all round 😀
