No refund for suit that was returned

I've bought three suits from them now and every one fitted perfectly. If you need any alterations doing, nothing is too much trouble. Need and extra inch or two looser on the leg, no problem. Plenty of length in the leg to take up and plenty of room for movement in the trousers and jacket. I can't praise Abitto and their suits enough.

This is a total scam of a company.. I’m very disappointed with myself for not doing any research before spending £189 on a dreadful fitting badly made suit. The trousers were 4 sizes to small and after going through the returns process I have not heard anything for over a month.. Not a single reply to over a dozen emails… This company doesn’t accept PayPal which should have rang alarm bells.. save your money a spend elsewhere…. Disaster of a company probably shacked up in some grotty shed in London I expect.

Absolutely dreadful. Avoid! Quality of clothing is poor but the customer service is even worse. Order placed in November, paid for and half the items never received. Abitto acknowledged that the items had not been sent and that they would prioritise the order but still nothing received. This was not a cheap order. After acknowledging I was owed a refund they asked me to speak to my bank to see what the bank could do as apparently all Abitto systems were down. Weeks later, still nothing, simply ignoring my emails. They’ve taken the money and not delivered. Avoid!

Started a refund, was told ‘The next email you receive from us will be the confirmation of the refund unless there are any issues, in which case we will inform you.’ a month ago, but they did not follow up and are now ignoring all chaser emails

My husband ordered a suit on 25/6/25.On 1/7 /2025 he got 2 emails .One saying"due to a technical issue payment was not processed(£199.99was taken One saying he had cancelled order,he hadn't.No refund received.Did not reply to his emails.
Now trying to get chargeback through our bank.Avoid like the plague !

Stear clear of this company....the suit they sent out was an absolute joke. Returned it the next day and despite many email's have heard nothing.
Can't believe they treat customers this way.

Looking at the reviews I think they provide a good product. I ordered a linen suit that was well made but wasn't for me. I'm 68 and it was more wrinkled than I am. I returned it for a refund paying £15 for a tracked delivery which was confirmed and in line with their returns policy but have had no refund and no response despite numerous mails to Rachel A in customer services. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Over a Month and my order still isn't complete. Shame as the suit is nice. Zero worth while combinations from them just ignored via chat or email. No phone number to call.

These people are absolute cowboys. Processed my return but then fobbed me off and refused to reply when I chased the refund. 8 months on and still no refund. Do not use them under any circumstances.

Suit received was poor quality and not as per the images on the website. Receipt of the return was acknowledged but refund has never been processed. I would not recommend using this company.

The worst service I’ve ever received from any company! Would never recommend as they only reply once every 2 weeks and had to re order another suit as they couldn’t organise the replacement suit in time. Please do not use this company if you’re needing a suit for a wedding! They offer a replacement service which took 8 weeks for one suit and the other two suits still haven’t been sorted and they were needed a month ago hence why I had to buy another suit!

Suit looked nothing like in the photos and was sized awfully. Returned a month ago but still no refund, contacting customer service is pointless. Will claim money back via the bank

Returned two suits and never got the money back. I have chased and chased but got ignored constantly.

Avoid like the plague!! Want a cheap Chinese suit that's over priced? Well that's what you'll get! Also if you like suits that don't fit well at all, you've found the right place to go!! How about a delivery time frame that's never going to happen... They've got all the bad quality of a crappy company that you'll love!

Want a refund on your items? They'll claim they never received the package, even if you sent it tracked! So if you do buy one of these terrible quality suits, make sure you make your purchase with a credit card. Don't forget for a limited time they'll offer a free gift, that won't ever arrive! What a great deal!

But in all seriousness, this company is diabolical! Please don't waste money on them, it's not worth your time or money. Pay the little extra for a nice suit from a reputable company. I will never make this mistake again.

I never received my refund for the suit I returned

Been trying to contact Abitto to get suit changed but no-one answers emails and you can't contact by phone wish I'd seen the reviews because I wouldn't of ordered as not in position to loose money

Please... Do not use this company. I bought a suit from them,using the correct sizing. It was at least two sizes too small. They cannot be contacted by phone-the number disconnects itself. The emails are not responded to. I am now almost 200.00 out of pocket.
Please do not use them,they are con men and scammers.
