I have received a pair of fake shoes, dirty, in a broken random box. It should have been Vagabond Kenovas, but the quality was incredibly suspicious. I sent them back right away and wrote to the costumer service with the images. In the meantime, I contacted Vagabond and yes, they never had such model.
After 2 days they got back to me and ask for 4-6 weeks of patience and asked me to create a ticket (?).
They are completely unhelpful and non responsive.

Didnt get both my items, turns out there was some sort of problem. However i did pay for everything and still have not received my money back. Customer service is absolutely horrible, callcenter in India my guess. I will never ever order from AboutYou again.

After one week of ordering online they just cancelled the order WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION .THEY HAVENT REFUNDED ME YET OR SENT PROOF REFUND PROCESS.JUST AVOID ORDERING FROM THEM OR MAKE OFFICIAL COMPLAINT TO EUROPEAN COMMISSION ODR.These people are scammers.Customer service in Greece is unprofessional and does not provide solutions,they do not reply on emails and they hang up the phone !!!!!! I ordered a pair of boots as a birthday present, but what I received was completely wrong: one left boot from the model I ordered and another left boot from a different model. To make matters worse, the boots are now sold out, so even if I wanted to reorder them, I can’t.

Highly doubtful and confusing experience
I ordered 3 items.
They canceled the first. They actually don't know what they have. I received a refund in 4-5 days, but it looked strange. They sent me a message about canceling and gave me a coupon for the next order, but not a word about a refund.
The second item was just wrong. 5 out of 6 photos of this item on the website are incorrect. Okay, what about return? For about a week I couldn't create a return request because the status of my order was not updated on time. I had this item physically for a week, but it appeared as in process in my profile. No chance to create a return. And now I need to wait again because the website doesn't allow you to make a new return while you already sent another item. And I've already sent the third item. Everything was okay with this one, that's my personal preference.
I've never seen problems like this. They should hire a new UI designer.
So, you can't be sure if they really can send your order, you can't be sure if the photos are correct and what exactly you ordered. You'll probably be waiting for the possibility to return the item.
One more thing: Client service doesn't work fast, it takes them 2-4 days to respond. I have return labels for all items, and I could physically drop them at the service point, but I don't trust their order status broken updates.

me and my colleague we shopped last Christmas from them... in 10 day we had the items , (Shipping to Cyprus), all my coats were brands with a very very good price,my friend had one pump that was big and there was a returning form inside.. she sent it back with a free shipping... got the full refund few weeks later,, am happy and will order again

The worse experience ever..probably one more pyramid on line shopping "company"....trying to profit from clients ..

I had read all the reviews and I was really hesitant about whether I should order from there or not
I finally dropped in, ordered a size 36.5 and they sent me a size 38.5
the girl at the customer care call centre was polite and informative
however, the refund and parcel process is extremely time consuming and I am afraid to order from the site again because I am very sure that they will send me the wrong size again.
Do not reply to me automatically, I will not order from your site again.

Made an order and paid, no confirmation whether per Mail, nor in the profile. Upon calling, I was informed the item is no longer available. They mentioned I should contact the bank (?) for a refund and that it could "take a while" - logically the bank said the seller is responsible and asked for proof, that I have already contacted the seller. AboutYou said that they were going to "take care of it".
At that point, no one mentioned I should have a submitted a request for a refund per mail - I find this out 4 weeks later and had to confirm for the 5th time all my data.
I am still waiting for my money - we will see when it will come...

I ordered a sweater more than two weeks ago but haven't received any confirmation regarding the order since then. I tried to contact customer service twice, but they sent the exact same message twice, asking me to be patient.

I just wasted a couple of hours finding some clothes, because they promised me 20% ekstra on certain item. When I was done and about to buy, they first wanted me to add the 20% to each product, so I had to remove and add every item again.
When that was done I went to the toilet for less then 5 minutes and when i returned again, there was some message about their the coupons/20% was put on hold.
So I called them to ask what the deal was, and a polite customer "service" guy said he did not understand it either. He said I could try again after the 5+ days when the coupons was not put on hold, but there was only 1-5 left of most of the items i wanted and the chance of any being left in 5+ days i slim to none.
Stay away from this site, you will pay more then you were promised.

Avoid buying from this store—customer support is unbelievably poor.

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes, and it took a week just to ship them. Slow, but I could deal with it. However, the real issue started when my shipment was lost by PostNL. For nearly three weeks, my tracking status showed the package stuck "in transit."

I reached out to customer support for help, and they said they'd check with PostNL and get back to me. After a few days of silence, I followed up, only to get the same generic response: they were "still working on it." This went on for over two weeks, with me having to chase them every two to three days, and still no resolution or progress.

Now, after 2.5 weeks since my first contact, I'm left with no solution whatsoever. I've never dealt with such terrible customer service. Fortunately, I used Klarna for the purchase, so I can open a dispute through them. It's frustrating that I even have to resort to that because About You's support is so unresponsive.

This used to be a nice shop-app, but the customer service is now appallingly negative. They don’t help, they don’t look into things, and they just don’t take accountability for wrongdoing and then say they don’t need you as a customer.. 🤷🏻‍♀️
So this was my last order.

It used to be nice, but now they disrespect their clients. They now send broken products, intentionally.
