Had a few Years of fairly fault free usage. Last week the Machine was Calibrated by an Engineer. The following day we started experiencing issues with getting different readings from the system despite no adjustment being undertaken. These faults occurred several times so we called another Engineer out. After 4 days he arrived and stated that there was possibly a download issue causing the problems. All seemed OK until I got a bill for a second call out to sort the issues caused by the previous Engineer. After I received an email blaming us I called the Director only to be told it's not their fault. We will be taking further action to recover our lost revenue.

We bought equipment from this company, every year we have been paying them to calibrate the equipment and update software. A week ago the software displayed an error and would not allow us to perform any work. We called and was advised it was maybe due to a windows software update. We requested for a tech to log in from team viewer to fix the issue. We was informed a tech would call back sometime during the day to take a look. 5 days later we are still awaiting a call, every day we call and rudely and abruptly told (by Emma and Anne) "we are very busy, your not the only customer we have, we have pre booked customers and once they are dealt with we will call you". when i request a booking and offer to pay they book me in only to be told you have no booking at the time of the booking. After waiting a week and losing hundreds in revenue we have decided to use another company who manged to fix the issue within 5 mins over the phone and not even charged a penny.

Great service and really good backup. Aligner was installed on time and does the job well. Any problems and they're on the end of the phone!
