Esperienza negativa, ho acquistato un software ad un prezzo ridotto, mai contattato l'assistenza del software e Acca Software mi manda una fattura per il servizio di Amicus che non ho mai sfruttato!
L'assistenza telefonica ai clienti è assolutamente al top per disponibilità e cortesia. Se i software avessero una interfaccia utente totalmente diversa sarebbe meglio. Assolutamente sconsigliato TerMus-BIM a meno che non vogliate fare un milione di click. A volte mi sembra di usare una camion per trasportare un chilo di sabbia.
