I had a very positive experience with Access Self Storage Battersea. From the initial enquiry through to move-in, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
Angela, David and Julian were all absolute stars — always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything worked seamlessly. They took the time to answer questions, explain the options clearly and made the whole process very straightforward.
The facility itself is clean, well organised and feels very secure, with strong access control and 24/7 security monitoring, which gave great peace of mind when storing my belongings.
Overall, a very professional operation with an excellent team. I would highly recommend Access Self Storage Battersea to anyone looking for reliable storage and great customer service.

Great Experience
I had a great experience with Access Self Storage. I wasn’t entirely sure what size unit I needed, but after a quick phone call, they arranged for me to visit the site within the hour.
The staff, especially David and Kyvon, were excellent, friendly, polite, and very professional. They were incredibly patient with me and my organisation while we figured out our requirements. I really appreciated the "no-pressure" atmosphere and the efficiency of the whole process. I will definitely be recommending them to others!

Positive experience! Julian, the manager who worked with me, was helpful, transparent and did exactly what he said he would do. I kept expecting a 'catch' - hidden charges, extra steps, poor communication - but that never happened. Instead, I got an excellent deal, great service and have zero complaints but a lot of praise. Strong recommend.

Moving in was so smooth
Moving in was so smooth. I got the unit I wanted, Julian, Seung and the team are super helpful and pleasant to engage with. I do wish there was a skip like there used to be, somewhere to get rid of unwanted things. It is difficult to dispose of a broken office chair!
Access is a little on the expensive side but they are so close to my office at Battersea Reach, it made the move very easy, bit by bit.

A Big Hiccup but Big Help
After travelling to Europe from the USA and then to the UK I had a ton of heavy luggage with me . I had no idea why I packed soo much stuff but my luggage certainly cramped my style. After doing some research and almost going with another company I came across access self storage and their package deal was a no brainer to me . Finally I was free!!! The big hiccup that I did encounter however was that the store location was not indicated in their email correspondence so after making a painstakingly journey to the head office I was exhausted as I had gone the wrong direction( Ps it was my first time in London😖) . Nonetheless I finally made it to Battersea and after informing the staff of my grueling journey they offered me a complimentary upgrade and another little bonus treat. I must say many thanks to Kris Campbell as he was very understanding. He was one of the most pleasant people I have ever met in customer service, his colleague as well was very nice. Overall I will give them 5 stars except for that hiccup. They however were certainly wonderful at that store and I will use them again in the future if the opportunity arises. Thanks again Kris at Access Self storage Battersea… I appreciate your accommodation and customer service.🙂🙂
