Access was very proactive in calling me to sort out my exact needs after I went through 3-4 other potential suppliers online who could not help me with my specifics.

Booked a unit at the Brentford depot and provided two forms of ID . Somehow they managed to put an address that doesn't even exist on my paperwork. I contacted their data protection dept a week ago to see how this has happened and still no reply. This site is very hard to park at as I think they run staff training events there. The car park is very uneven trolleys will roll away if your not careful.

We were welcomed and helped hugely by the friendly admin guy, who made our first experience of using the store an enjoyable one. The facilities are excellent - no complaints at all.

Access Self Storage in Brentford is absolutely amazing!
The staff are very friendly and helpful — especially Abdul, who always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this facility for both businesses and householders who need self-storage in the Brentford area.

Incompetent, rude and racist at the west London branch.
The only time I hear from them is when I need to send insurance details.
They never respond to emails regarding important information ( travelling) and unfortunately they seem incredibly racist also.

Rather shocking!
I will be arranging a different storage shortly and I have already made a formal complaint to head office ( with no response!)

Moving to the UK from Brazil wasn't easy, but Brentford Access Self Storage has indeed helped me feel at home! It is very easy to access the storage unit and parking area is excellent. The staff has been exceptionally helpful and Elron has given me all the extra support I've needed. I definitely recommend this storage!

The team at Access Brentford are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble & they will go out of their way to accommodate your needs.
The site is very well kept & clean & in a secure environment There is a choice of unit sizes & flexibility if necessary. There is a simple & speedy booking process to help where necessary.

My experience at my local store is a very enjoyable one aided by a great team of people. Very attentitive and customer focussed at every encounter that I have with them. They help make my every visit stressfree & enjoyable !
Admittedly, the site is a newly built but it's always kept imepeccably clean.
CREDIT WHERE IT'S DUE !!
