Consider carefully what you are storing and plan accordingly
Poor experience for myself and my belongings, many of which were ruined and had to be thrown away. The details are unpleasant and are kept on file as I had to make an insurance claim. This claim did not compensate for the distress, inconvenience and work involved in either cleaning or disposing of property I had wanted to keep.

It was already a stressful time for us , our house move had not gone as planned.
From the amount of items we thoughtv we had for storage, your staff helped us to to choose the right unit size, however on the day we came to store our items, it was noted by the removal company the unit was not big enough. All ready streesed, Your staff quickly resolve the issue for us, a bigger unit. All sorted, we so appreciate their assistance and help.

Good price for storage being offered
Good price for storage being offered. Staff are very helpful and your storage is secure. I would have given them 5 stars but they have removed the option to access your storage 24 hours a day which used to be part of the service, but I understand for security reasons why they can no longer offer this.

Edmonton branch - avoid like the plague. Someone today has stacked many many large boxes, 4 boxes high, on pallets outside our storage unit so we cannot access our items through the door. Office wouldn’t say who they belonged to, did not appear to be moving them, said we could move them ourselves - really? Why would we spend an hour moving someone else’s boxes that have been deliberately left there blocking access, when we don’t know how heavy they are or what is inside? Don’t put yourselves through a similar experience, go elsewhere.
