The rest was all fine, like value of money and competitive rates. However, there is no support for carrying stuff because if someone is alone with luggage, there should be a porter or some helper to help the customer carry luggage to the unit.

Right from the start I found the team at Harrow helpful and informative, especially being new to using storage facilities. They recommended a removal service which I ended up using which were excellent. Highly recommend.
