A FRIENDLY, POLITE AND PATIENT STAFF. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL, ALWAYS READY TO OFFER ASSISTANCE WHETHER ON TELEPHONE OR PYSICALLY AT THE OFFICE LOCATION.

Amazing !!
I had a fantastic experience with Access Storage Romford. Very welcoming. Shane was an amazing help and gave us outstanding support throughout the whole process. As we were travelling to London for a long distance move with two vans and racing against time, he made everything stress free. The paperwork was done quickly, everything was set up perfectly, and we were given a great unit.
Shane’s professionalism and work ethic really stood out he went above and beyond, very patient , making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed explaining the whole process before and after I moved in so I got it.The communication from start to finish was great. The facility itself is clean, with all the moving carts and restroom available, which made the whole process even easier. It’s secure, and well maintained, which gives me real peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.
The access system for going in and out of the facility is excellent through an App. It’s very high tech, smooth, and reliable, which makes me feel even more secure. Entry and exit are quick and straightforward, but at the same time you can tell that the security is top notch. It’s a great balance of convenience and protection that gives real confidence.
On top of that, the price is excellent, the best deal around in my opinion. Every time I visit Access, I feel at ease. I would highly recommend them, to anyone looking for reliable storage.

Really good company. Great staff at Romford, made the checking in process quick and simple. The app is great. I have spoke a few times on the phone to different staff at Romford and each time I am blown away with how polite and helpful everyone there is.

Great place and team
I have been at the Romford storage facility for over 2 years and the team has been fantastic the whole time. They have helped me out with deliveries, storage room changes and billing issues. All done very quickly and they are very nice and personable. Great stuff!

Rav was a complete gentleman from the…
Rav was a complete gentleman from the outset all the way through my experience of using the Storage facility. He was attentive without being pushy, diarised and called me back as a reminder when he said he would when it was a stressful period of time for me with lots of things to organise and deadlines to meet.
On the actual day both Rav and his colleagues were all very professional and courteous and went through everything simply, showing me how to use the app and entry codes and assisting with padlock etc. Nothing was too much trouble.
Too many companies are ‘ just after your money ‘ and do not deliver on service or knowledge, but 5 stars all the way for Access storage and especially their employees who gave impeccable service . They are a credit to your company . Give the man a payrise ! 😀
