Excellent service!
Finally had our container delivered after relocation from Singapore. Tara has been very professional, patient and accommodating with our changing dates etc. Very helpful from initial enquiry to getting us into our unit.

Terrible customer service
2Poor customer service and have billed me 6 days early despite assurances I would be billed on the 16th.
Had to stand in the rain outside the door was locked stating that someone would "be back in 5" but was stood in the rain for 15 minutes and was unable to in or out.
Trollies are not fit for purpose and don't fit round any of the hallways.
