I recently took a storage room at…
I recently took a storage room at access storage In Wandsworth, after seeing the 100sqf room I ordered i asked to cancel as wasn’t useable as the room was small and very high unless I took a ladder to store my stuff it wasn’t suitable , was told by staff member just to store there for a week to a more suitable room became available and then move my 100sqf of stuff again, i moved out of the store within 24 hours. Also the parking spaces in store are all rented out making near impossible to move you van to a bay once finished in a loading bay ( I had to wait 40 minutes just to get in the loading bay .
I was advised by store to park down the road, I have stored in many storage facilities and this is by far the worst service I’ve ever received, if you have a complaint you can’t even speak to anyone, I had to deal with the store I was complaining about, I would recommend you using any of the other storage facilities near by. Also they change code for access every 2 hours so if I stored there i would be constantly sending new codes. Also there trolley for you to use are quite small it would of been hard to unload a sofa of a cupboard onto them

We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter delays with the loading bay and to feel that the unit was not suitable for your needs. Our team did offer the opportunity to view the unit prior to move in and also proposed alternative solutions on the day, including a transfer to a different space, however we respect your decision to move out within 24 hours.
Regarding access and facilities, our units are designed with higher ceilings to maximise storage capacity, and our regularly changing access codes are an important security measure to help keep all customers’ belongings safe. Trolleys provided on site are standard across the industry, and we continually review our facilities to ensure they meet customer needs.
We are sorry that this experience led to your dissatisfaction and appreciate your feedback, which helps us to improve our service. Should you require storage in the future, we would welcome the opportunity to provide you with a more positive experience.

Staff were so helpful, approachable and kind
Staff (Mason and Ahmed) from point of enquiry to moving in were exceptionally helpful and informative. They were very approachable and friendly and answered my queries fully. When I did have an issue with my unit they resolved it in full and immediately. This was so appreciated as moving is stressful enough !

Not the greatest problem solving
I was using the one in Wimbledon for about 2 years. Overall I was happy with them, even though I must add that the only person I could speak to in case of issues was Jonathan, the manager. The rest of the staff wasn't very helpful, in fact, on one occasion I was even accused of not paying for months, when all the transfers were made..
Sadly with having to move to Wandsworth it all went wrong, I didn't give my permission for them to remove my locker, regardless, they did so (I couldn't be there myself due to a shoulder injury), then there was no new contract signed by me, but they acted as there was one, furthermore, had no clue how the moving went and didn't get any proof or anything regarding the state of my belongings and the new locker.
So on the top of this they wanted to charge me late fee, to which I did not agree, but no one from Head Office was willing to respond.. Only one manager on site.
Long story short I was in a lot of pain for weeks and was just simply too weak to "fight back" (they didn't really come up with any proper explanation or solution), or to look into it, so I believe very soon I will have lost all my belongings in there, have no idea how high my bill is by now.
Not great I must admit.

Please beware of this storage they have… rippoff
Please beware of this storage they have been frustrating me for the past 15 days refusing to pay back my refund after I move out their storage a total ripoff. They have been charging me £65 for the past 8 months but refuse to pay back £29 refund after moving out I have visited the store and also spoke to one the rudest guy on the phone all he can do is to hang up on me please be careful before using this . I was told they sent me an email from their refund department but nothing came in I have check my spam and other folder ..
