Everyone that has helped me with my claim has been very efficient and helpful. My mind had been all over the place since my accident and everyone has been so empathetic and understanding in my situation. They keep me updated at every stage and have referred me to relevant people to help me get back on my feet. Thank you once again.

I contacted Accident Advice Helpline initially to make a claim for an RTC that occured whilst I was working and driving a car owned by the company.
I suffer now from various consistent injuries. I was answered promptly and efficiently by a lady named Hayley who was very polite and helpful.
I passed on the information on my potential claim to her and she was very helpful guiding me through the process. I was then passed on to a young man named Mikesh. He went through then process of progressing the claim again in a very patient and helpful manner. I received the contract next day via e mail and Mikesh phoned me and guided me through the contract. Accident Advice Helpline are a very efficient company and very helpful Thank you
