Worst tech support ever. I pay for premium+ service that I have not been able to access for months. Their crack support team is clueless and no help, only excuses and fix attempts. They make it seem that it's my fault. I'm cancelling even though I paid for a full year.

Has Accuweather replaced human meteorologists with AI? That would explain why their forecasts are getting inaccurate AND unrealistic. Especially regarding temperature and precipitation—temperature forecasts off by 8-10 degrees at the beginning of the day, and they keep adjusting the “forecast” throughout the day to match what’s happening. Snow forecasts off by inches—predicting a dusting, receiving 3 inches. Not just where I live, but also reported by family living halfway across the U.S. I’ve finally switched to an app that lets me select the forecast source, which I’ve set to National Weather Service.

This website is TRASH. Every single time you try to view anything, ads pop up and they are constant. You have got to be kidding! Use Weather underground. Much better site, and far less ghetto than Accuweather.

They seem to be guessing at best. When you open the site , it will tell you rain in the for cast But when you look at the radar, there won't be a cloud in the sky for hours. So I don't think they even try to get things right, just take your money and say f. U.

Worst weather forecast ever. Cannot wait to get rid of this rubbish. Phone says 10 Degrees and cloudy. Outside chucking it down

Forecasts are generally accurate, but the app feels overloaded with ads. It works fine for checking the weather, though the interface could be cleaner.

Stop excessive ads, Stop AI clips or videos or at least make a note that it's AI generated stop misleading headlines, and stop showing pictures or videos showing abuse, especially cute dog videos showing dogs eating ice-cream which can be deathly. Hire veterinary to monitor..

This is what to expect when Trump de funds real meteorology. The loss of NOAA and other reliable sources will set the US back 50 years in it's ability to predict weather important for America farmers and the average person expecting accurate forecasts.

In a city on the n/e coast of Brazil. Accuweather's radar showed absolutely no rain for hundreds of miles. I go out and am in the middle of an absolute Biblical deluge. Won't ever trust this site again.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Accuweather. Their Minutecast (R) (C) (TM) changes every minute, the forecast is always incorrect and the 90 day outlook is an embarrassment to the industry.

I will NOT renew when my subscription expires.

There is no winter storm while you guys said it would snow about 3 to 6 inches. While there was no snow just flurice.

Does obfuscation ring a bell? Frustrating? Can't see the forest for the ads! As a former Microsoft engineer and the CEO of web development company for 31 years I've never seen a company prostitute itself for the love of banner advertisement. If anyone with sight disability comes your way they're screwed. So much for thinking of them. I'm curious why put ads in front of people they don't want to see Don't you track us to death to at least put relevant information in front of us?

Accuweather used to be a good app , now it is absolute crap, greed , commercial advertisement, inaccurate forecast, slow performance really just junk .

I have used AccuWeather premiumfor the past couple years and have been very happy. But unfortunately, in the last couple of weeks when I opened the app I’m faced with a full page review that has no close option. Very frustrating. I will probably drop the app if the ads don’t stop.

Stop pushing subscriptions and hiding behind pay walls. You have to be idiots to want weather forecasts 10+ days in advance when most of the weather models max out at about 7 days and beyond that you're in fantasy land. You gotta be kidding me that accuweather is wrongfully banking in on this fact. Their website is already full of ads and virtually non useable unless you're using an ad blocker. I'm going to replace this website with something else. Not only are the ads horrendous, but now it's quickly becoming a pay wall website.

Not able to predict the day is rainy or not, today 10 Jan 26 was rained , in forecast it is not displaying as rainy day , temparature also misguided, the local temparature was 10 they putting as 16/18 not accurate and worsen the offset limit range, please keep your parameters accurate or near by accurate, else you are fake, not able to provide a expected services and misleading

Frustrated by intrusive ads. De-installed.

It seems accuweather has made some changes when viewing the weather. Now, not all the time, if I'm viewing Hourly and choose Daily (or any other choice) it goes to the ad (and no, I did not want the ad). Is this coincidental or does it give them points because it seems as if I'm interested in the ad. If I go to outlook "30 days" the size is not conformed to look correctly and the whole month is out of whack. Just a thought and fact on the change of appearance.

Always wrong. Not just a little wrong. Way off!

We have had our roof tarp off trying to work on the roof when accuweather said there was no rain , and yet we got rain. And\nTheir weather predictions temperatures are generally way off. Case in point, at 6 o'clock tonight, the rain that was still left on our container's outside was frozen by 6 o'clock P.P m yet accuweather was still saying we were in the fortys. It is nothing uncommon for them to be fifteen degrees off from town where they say they're getting the temperature , which is jasper , florida, to our house , which is only six and a half miles out of jasper. A.\nKindergartner , with a coloring book could draw a better forecast than accuweather. Could\n I suggest they go to another weather station and learn from them. How to forecast the weather? But for the moment, hang up, what they think they have abilities to do.
