Team Ace is always a pleasure to deal with either online or at their two nice stores in Amsterdam. Online i have ordered two Swiss automatic watches and have been amazed at the high level of customer service provided by their sales manager Tamarah. The latest purchase is an Omega Aqua Terra that I wanted to see if Ace could get to me before I leave for overseas business for a month. The time window was short and Tamarah's efficiency paid off and UPS will deliver it the day before my flight.
If you are looking to purchase a nice watch online you can't beat Team Ace for selection, price and most of all customer service - plus they are authorized dealers! I have recommended Ace to my friends and will definitely be purchasing from them in the future. Thank you very much Tamarah and Team Ace!!!

Absurdly fast shipping, outstanding service.
Had a little difficulty with the website but the customer service reps were outstanding and straightened everything out. Then, somehow, my order went from Amsterdam to Buffalo, New York in less than 48 hours. Amazing. I will definitely keep this place in mind for watches.
