I love this company!

Extremely helpful, and great service - couldn’t have asked for more.
I'm a buyer from the UK. We exchanged countless emails before I decided to purchase my watch, Jenna and Tamarah were on top of everything, Tamarah putting the watch to one side and reserving it for me and also Jenna for her patience for going that extra mile to make it right when she thought they were out of stock. Fast delivery was great as I finally got my watch just 48 hours after purchasing it. I would definitely recommend Ace Jewelers to anyone looking for a timepiece.

She was always patient, replied promptly, and made me feel like I was her only customer. Ace is in another country yet provided a customer service experience far better than I've experienced locally.

Any business can take an order, put an item in a box, and mail it. The true test that sets businesses apart is how they deal with problems that may come up. I was very impressed with Ace. There was an issue that came up that was in no way their fault. Tamarah was on top of everything and went the extra mile to make it right.

I was so pleased that I purchased another watch from Ace and will continue giving them my business in the future.

I ventured out to purchase an Omega Speedy Pro moonwatch, Tamarah from Ace Jewelers helped me figure out the specifics, clarified my questions effectively and patiently and helped get the transaction setup and almost immediately sent out the shipment which arrived on time - Flawless Experience, my new favorite Omega dealer. When walking into Ace Jewelers, I knew exactly what I wanted, but I really didn't know what to expect. I was dressed in tourist clothes, so tennis shoes, jeans, a t-shirt and sporty winter jacket. I did not look like someone who would be purchasing a fine timepiece. Nevertheless, the staff of Ace treated me as a respected customer right off the bat. They weren't dismissive or at all condescending.
I was helped by Pieter, and he was really a joy to work with. I could tell that Pieter is a watch enthusiast who happens to be working in a sales industry. He really knew his stuff. When I mentioned the watch I was looking for, he knew the exact details to ask about. He walked me through pricing and the details regarding tax in The Netherlands. After all that was settled, I told him I still needed to sleep on it. He didn't pressure me at all, gave me his card, and asked me to call him if I have any questions in the mean time. Otherwise, he said, he hoped he'd see me tomorrow.
The next day, I had made up my mind, and returned to Ace. Without my asking or knowledge, Pieter had even contacted another Ace store to get the item sent over via courier. While we were waiting for it to arrive, Pieter and I chatted about other interesting pieces, the status of education in our respective countries, and other topics. When my item arrived, he gave me some good advice for bringing it home, rung up the purchase, and again asked me to email him if I had any questions or problems.
Since I am not a resident of The Netherlands, I was able to request a refund on the taxes paid. Pieter was immensely helpful in accomplishing this.
All in all, Ace Jewelers is something I would highly recommend to anyone buying a high-quality timepiece of any budget. Whether it's your first one or yet another of many, you won't be disappointed.

Ace put on a great event for the Bremont guys.

I got to enjoy the evening with friends and fellow admires of this great brand, Stephen Lee was a joy to meet full of enthusiasm and fun facts about the brand and gave the group some input tino future products and direction of the "Bremont" brand.

The little history this watch company has dose in no way holds it back in producing some spectacular pieces, I'm impressed, but don't take my word for it, "go and view it".

The best service ever, easy communication and fast replies.
Absolutely no setbacks.
Fast delivery, my package arrived in good condition and ahead of schedule.
