Today I had a bathroom faucet replaced by your company, and personally by Shura. I may be spelling the name wrong, but she has a black Labrador.... He is sick at the moment, unfortunately. I wish her good news about him from the vets soon. She did the repair quickly, efficiently and cleanly. In addition to her professional qualities, she has very good upbringing and manners. I thank her first and foremost, and also the management, which takes care to hire excellent professionals and people.

Great service, Alfie has helped me out a few times, always quick to reply to messages, turned up when he said he would, all work completed brilliantly. He goes the extra mile, explaining everything fully and has promised to explain my new boiler AGAIN 😁 (if needed)when the heating comes on.

Yet again, Ace Plumbers came out tops on service, price and workmanship. Tom and his Apprentice were great. Best plumbers in Bournemouth by far on all levels.

The best part was that they know what they’re talking about. Quick to diagnose and resolve. Very pleased with their prompt service. Definitely recommended.
