fantastic product and great customer service. software works exactly as advertised.

Their programs don't work when I contact them for a refund they started giving me all types of tips about this and that, everything besides what i needed, when i asked them to get straight to the point why i reached out to them to get my money back, they just ignored my emails. i have dealt with a lot of company in the past some I had a better experience some less, but something like that to just ignore your customer, is something horrific!! No, don't do business with them, they have terrible costumer service.

The AcePDF has the most features that I need. Much worth of the money. Thank you!

I was supposed to get two licenses and only received one. I quickly was sent the second license when I asked.

This software simply works...
I mean, there's not much to say except that it does what is supposed to do, and it does it very good.

It's well worth the price.
But to me, the real value is in the support.
If you have any kind of trouble or question, the support team is there to answer.

Case in point, last night (Saturday) around 8PM I had a problem with my license after a OS reinstall.
I sent an email to support, and by 9 PM i Had my new license.

So not only works, but you can be sure that help will be there if needed.
100% recommended!!

Great software but the support, while good, was slow on returning the information I required which was a faulty ownership code. It might be a time shift thing so I'm not hyper critical as the responder may have been working on a different day I was living in!

As a creator, I was looking for a tool to easily download partner videos from a range of platforms and found it in AquaClip.
I will confess that early on, I had numerous issues getting it to work. Activation key not working and other issues.
However, the incredibly supportive staff helped me out through prompt email communication and, over a few days, we got it working. So if you can't get it working initially, reach out to the staff and stick with it - it's well worth it.
Since then, I haven't had any problems. I've just bought a new computer and the activation key didn't transfer across, but with a quick email, I had an informative response and new activation key within 24 hours.
There have been a few times when a video couldn't be downloaded, but that is due to the external website and not AquaClip, so it's not absolutely 100% guaranteed that you can get every video. That's not the fault of this app though, and 9 times out of ten, you can get any video you want.
If you need to pull videos from the internet, this is, without a doubt, the very best option and I highly recommend it.

The software works great. It is easy to use and does a really good job. I play on a worship team and I use it to get mp3's from YouTube videos for rehearsal. I upgraded my hard drive and had trouble with the activation code when I reinstalled the software. I contacted customer support and they helped my with a solution. They were very quick to respond.

i went to download the screen recorder and instead they downloaded some crap called aqua clip, which had nothing to do with the screen recorder. then when I finally found the download button for the screen recorder, they pre-filled my username to something that makes me wonder what they're doing in the background to obtain half my email address when i never put my email address in to begin with. stay away from this company.

The software product key stopped working after a year. Customer service asked for the key and proof of purchase. I provided same, then they stopped answering my emails. There is no phone number to call.

I paid for a lifetime license that worked for 1 year. Now I have nothing.

This program does exactly what is says, unlike the multitude of other software that promises to work and doesn't.

The support team is very efficient and answered my question very quickly. I am very satisfied with the program and with the technical support.

Great customer experience to me means the product works as intended, and if/when necessary, Customer Support provides prompt solution (within one to two days, even if the initial solution needs some tweaking later to resolve the issue). I got the paid version (life membership) of Music Keeper from AceThink, it worked great from day 1. Lately, I had some issue, so I wrote the company for advice. The company's Tech Support responded the next day trying to get additional info to troubleshoot. Fortunately, my issue resolved on its own after I heard back from the Tech Support so I didn't need to spend time trying to resolve it with the Tech Support's help.
The prompt response from Tech Support when the product failed bolstered my confidence when considering other products offering from the company.

The current Music Video Keep stop working and I sent an email to support and the next day it get fix. I am very impressive and happy with the service.
