This is a stark contrast to other online companies that I have dealt with in the past, whom I have left negative reviews for. As someone in law enforcement, I truly value a business that conducts themselves with integrity, and I can confidently say that this company is one of them. Having reached out to them on a few occasions, their response time is guaranteed to be the fastest, which means a lot to me. I have been using their software for about a year now, and I highly recommend them over any other online software company. Overall, my experience with them has been nothing but positive!

easy downloading. I probably missed it but there must be a data limit that you can download over a time period. it you reach your limit it'll tell you it can't find what you want to download. i got carried away and sometimes it took weeks b4 i could download again. now I've downloaded less and have had no problems.

I had a problem with the registration of a product and service support responded in 20 min or so and provided me with a new key that worked perfectly.
Pretty happy with my interactions with them so far.

I typically give all apps a B if they are a great app. The reason I give a 5 star A is if the business behind the app is also great. This is the case with this review. Two things... 1) The app has improved with each version, so there is substantial investments being made in making a good product better. 2) Great technical support. I recently had an issue and the customer service was excellent. NOTE: Keep your order number as that is part of the process for migrating the app from one machine to another.

I tried using the AcePDF editor and turned out I was quite satisfied.
The program is very lightweight, fast, and has a lot of features. Not to mention the price is very affordable compared to competitors.
I just hope they improve the OCR because often times the results is messy.

I quite recommend it for people who often work with PDF documents but have a limited budget to buy a PDF editing program.

I applied for a one month licence (Suits my needs) and paid. With in minutes I received all the relevant information, Except the keycode, So I contacted the service centre, and within half an hour received my code. I recommend these ladies and gents to any one that loves there music/videos and wishes to enjoy keeping wonderful memories alive. Thank you.

The customer service is great and are able to help to fix any issues that I might have. I needed my activation key to use for video keeper and got it resolved quickly.

There are a lot of good products on the market. What can make a 4 star product a 5 star is when you have a problem and it is addressed professionally, promptly with the solution provided. I have used this product for 2 years now. I had my first technical problem. I sent a help message, it was responded to immediately and it was resolved immediately and they followed up. Gold Star to the tech support team. You make an already very good product, great!

Experience was great, in fact it was awesome. Software is great and customer support is equally awesome. The team is a good listener and made all efforts to solve the problem, they were very prompt to reply as well. The software is absolutely great for my line of profession. I wish them all the best and to keep it up.

I started using VideoKeeper last summer for downloading videos, especially some live video to be able to watch them later. At first, it worked perfectly, hence I bought the software. But then probably Youtube changed their protocol, and Videokeeper cannot download live videos anymore... I immediately wrote to customer service to tell them, but only got a vague answer. It's been more than 2 months and the app still hasn't been updated. And I received no reply to my last e-mail asking for an update. Other softwares have already adapted to the change, so it's possible to do it. It seems Acethinker just doesn't care...
