Awful service. Took money with no confirmation of stock.
2 weeks on nothing despite having taken full payment of funds.
Only responded when I emailed them.
Turns out they don’t actually hold any stock, and need to order each thing in specifically, this is not communicated tho..
Delivery due 15/12 guranted by 1600hrs
Nothing turned up.
Still waiting.
Still not happy.
Shame really as they eventually sell great kit.

Poor service from the outset.

Products were good quality as expected & the cost was very reasonable, however the time it takes from placing an order to receiving it is completely unacceptable. Almost 3 weeks for delivery!!

In my experience. The staff have been very helpful when I have got into contact with them, ideally I would like a little bit more notice, when a product is not in stock. But overall Aceworkgear products are excellent value for money.

Prompt reply to email querying order status. Accurate with delivery as promised. First class service.

Emails received to inform of the parcel's progress and item has arrived as stated. Well packaged. Not tried on as yet.

Had a bad experience with these guys. Had no confirmation email to say about my order, and didn’t receive an email telling me that they were dispatched. I had to ring them up as their email is incorrect and actually ask them to send me my parcel. Not impressed.

Best price and prompt delivery

Very slow to dispatch order then it arrived with an item short, hand written note saying 2nd item on back order. They appeared another 4/5 weeks later. Shouldn't take my money if they don't have the items ordered in stock!

Order work clothing for a new started expecting to be delivered with 3-5 days had to wait 4-5 weeks and I had to chase them as no information was given on when clothing would be sent poor service.

The item I rdered was out of stock but they tried their best to deliver it asap anyway. They were professional and efficient. Great service.

Order took quite some time to arrive and no message from supplier about the delay so I eventually sent them a nudge asking when I could expect delivery. They then immediately sent me a delivery date (the next day I think it was) and the order duly arrived on that day. Most merchants would let customers know about a delay to their order but Aceworkgear clearly don't do things that way. The item ordered was excellent quality however, so I may just have been unlucky on this occasion.

Good communications, fast delivery, straightforward easy transaction.

Very bad. Boots were sold out and i was not notified til a day or so later.
Made to wait 5 days til item was back in stock.
Sent overnight delivery, supposed to recieve on the 20th october (via overnight courier) checked tracking and item is still sitting in depot

I ordered a common item and it took 14 days to arrive . I then ordered the same item again and it took another 10 days to arrive .

There was no notification that my purchase had arrived in the warehouse. The first I found out that it was going to be delivered was on Thur by the delivery firm telling me it would be delivered on Friday. I was not in as I couldn't change my arrangements at such short notice. Will now arrive on Monday - so no idea if the item is ok.
