The salesman, Mark Potts, was very informative & helpful & was instrumental in which car I chose. He was very attentive making sure we were comfortable & getting us drinks. I found my perfect new Picanto at Acorn Macclesfield on the Friday and needed it to go away with on the Monday. Katie organised everything so that it was checked, prepped and taxed by first thing Monday morning. Katie completed compliance efficiently, provided information about extra insurances and products without being pushy and sent me everything via email. Altogether, an excellent experience.
