Fantastic Service, nothing is too much trouble for Marianela! She has been really helpful and guided me through all of the options available.
The equipment is solid and well made, Henry did a great job of putting it all together for us my son loves his swing set and climbing frame.
The after service has also been spot on.

I bought the BlueRabbit Penthouse (with swing module) which my 3 year-old daughter absolutely loves. The three levels are perfect, offering plenty of opportunities for imaginative play. It is accessible for her as a 3-year old, but at the same time, it feels like it has a lot to offer for may years to come. The accessories I have - climbing wall, two slides and climbing net - are all great. The climbing frame as a whole is very solid and well designed.

I had decided I liked the BlueRabbit range and had searched around for a UK company that supplied them. When I contacted Active Garden, they had had a busy summer and didn't have much in stock. Nevertheless, they were extremely accommodating and able to make the kit with components available to them, rather than waiting for the manufacturers to send them over from Belgium. I spoke to Marianela on a number of occasions. She was always extremely friendly, responsive and helpful; setting out what was available, explaining how the wood is sourced (locally) and how the kits are put together. When the kit was delivered, one of the packages was missing, having got lost by the delivery company. Marianela was very quick to send out a new replacement package. I felt the service was excellent throughout. I would very much recommend the BlueRabbit range and Active Garden.

I phoned for advice and the lady who talked to me was very helpful and extremely pleasant. The swing I purchased is good quality and was delivered on time. I am very satisfied with the whole experience, thank you ‘Active Garden’.

We bought a Blue Rabbit Penthouse climbing frame from Active Garden. Right from our initial enquiry, ordering, delivery and the build, everything went so smoothly. It arrived on time, beautifully packaged with clear instructions and the quality of the product is superb. It was a lovely surprise for our granddaughter who we have missed terribly throughout the lockdown period. Having finished the initial build, we have already added more accessories which were delivered within 48 hours of ordering. Marianela was a superstar throughout the process. She advised us through our enquiries, arranged the delivery and kept us informed throughout. This is customer service at its best. We thoroughly recommend Active Garden and Marianela. Ordered a Blue Rabbit Kiosk which took about 4 weeks to arrive. Active Gardens kept me well informed by telephone as to when it would be dispatched and also offered some advice regarding the ground fixtures so I felt utterly confident in them from the beginning. It's a fantastic slide which my boys love to play on. Thanks so much Active Garden!

Ordered a jungle gym climbing frame with swing attachments- some issues with original delivery as swing set was not delivered (all done during the lockdown period) but Marianella of Active garden has been very helpful when we had problems - easy to contact & speak to & put it right straight away.
Also send the guy who assembled our swing set back to refit it when we had a problem.

Due to coronivirus goods have yet not been delivered. I was told to expect a 4/5 week delivery date. However I keep being asked to complete review of my experience at this time I can only give a 1 !.

Very happy with the service received from Active Gardens and wouldn’t hesitate using them again... we ordered a Jungle Gym and Blue Rabbit Frame and the communication from order to delivery has been brilliant. Both delivered recently and look amazing! Thank you Active Garden!

I sent a query email to Active Gardens and within a couple of hours I had a comprehensive answer. I went ahead and ordered the Jungle Gym Villa with the wooden roof option. Despite the warnings on the order about delays due to Covid-19 it arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. The delivery was seamless. I had a discrepancy with one piece of wood, I sent an email (again the same person replied, Marinella) she asked for a photo and within the day she had confirmed that the company would send a replacement, it arrived 2 days later!
Our 4 year old loves his climbing frame and slide, it’s big enough for us to sit up with him. I’m sure he will have many years of fun out of it. Highly recommend Active Gardens and Jungle Gyms

Decided during lockdown to build our 7 children a play area with Wendy house. Ordered lot's of components from Active Garden. Brillant price, fast delivery despite delays in deliveries. And items perfect for what we needed. Will definitely shop again

The climbing frame arrived on time over the easter period. The wood is great quality nice and sturdy. Our kids absolutely love it, hours of fun! We purchased the blue rabbit pagoda and although we thought it may be a little high for our 2 year old she mastered it in a matter of days!
