As per many reviews, ordered goods, told there were being delivered, chased after 1 week. Told courier has lost them and i am now awaiting a refund. Reading other reviews i would suggest its 50/50 if the goods you are purchasing actually exist so worth a gamble for cheap shoes but very annoying when that gamble does not pay off.
Dreadful customer service
I rarely review but with my experience with activinstinct and their lack of response I just had to share with the hope that others don't get scammed.
I bought a hockey stick which was damaged on receipt. I have since struggled to communicate with the company.
They ask you to DM via Twitter or Facebook messenger but then don't reply at all or are extremely slow in replying. I tried to phone customer services but they just don't answer the calls.
They finally requested me to return the item - but at my expense - surely as it is damaged/faulty they should provide a prepaid label.
I think their tactic is to make it as difficult as possible so that people just give up.
My advice is to avoid Activinstinct as they are not a good company to deal with at all.

I've placed four orders with Activinstinct - there will NOT be a fifth. They have gotten all four wrong. They have no phone number so all this has to be sorted out via email. You can imagine the nightmare which then ensues -dozens of emails swapped back and forth wasting soo much time. Their customers service reps. are incompetent, and disinterested.

The last order was so hard to sort out that I've had to issue a credit card chargeback against them.

Awful company.
Have had my order cancelled twice now; a week after ordering without warning. Each time the items I’ve purchased have not been in stock afterwards. Incredibly disappointed. I have used them in the past and didn’t have a problem but I will never use them again now.

I have ordered twice in the last 10 days from activinstinct and on both occasions I had the items delivered to my local JD Sports. Both items arrived on time and were as described. I think it’s pot luck as to whether you have a good or bad experience but it’s worth taking a punt for the great prices.

I ordered a pair of mizuno wave rider trainers. They said they were dispatched. I waited another 10 days and no reply. I sent email and they responded next day that trainers were 'lost', they were out of stock and that I would get a refund. I have to wait up to 5 days for this. Poor service and I'm disappointed as I needed them for a run. I shouldn't have to chase after my order and I don't recommend.

Like a lot of people here, I think Activinstinct is just relying on people not paying on Paypal or just forgetting about their order because I had the same experience where I ordered something: it was never delivered. Customer service replied promptly that they would send another, but never did. It's a good con job. Im quite impressed with their efficiency at appearing professional but just taking your money. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

WORST EVER!!! one of the worst experiences I've had for online store for a very long time. They take the money right away and then pretend and come up with various excuses why the item was not sent.
I have 30 emails regarding one pair of shoes and various excuses that were written there. Some are just taken from space. Promotions are tempting, I know, but at all costs try to avoid this store because it is only a waste of money!!!

Avoid at all costs. This should be zero stars but the system here needs one to continue. Like others, how I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I have ordered tennis equipment from Millet Sports for many years with fine service only to find they have been taken over by this shower (JD Sports, enough said). I ordered a gross of tennis balls and when they did not arrive I emailed only to receive a standard auto generated computer response and a link to track my order. My order number was not recognised.I did not exist. After many attempts to find out what happened a human responded to say my order had been cancelled - as so many others I now see - yet no-one saw fit to tell me. I stupidly re-ordered as I needed the balls and they were a good price (too good?).Incredibly the same thing happened again. The order was overdue, email to complain, auto response, go to track order, order unknown. Another afternoon of curt emails to Activinstinct, no response until I suggested it was a scam and would inform police fraud division, then the same poor soul as before, trying to be helpful, said the order was again cancelled. He would try to find out why; this shouldn't be hard it seems to be endemic. I was promised refunds for both orders in 3-5 days. According to other reviewers this is unlikely. No phone number even for their head office or at Companies House, Avoid, avoid, avoid. How this apology for a business survives is a mystery. But why anyone uses JD Sports is a mystery to me. Ordered items 4 days ago no confirmation email they took the money straight away but did not give me an order number, I have sent 3 emails I have received 1 automated reply, I also rang the number from the accounts page apparently this number is DJ sports the parent company of Activinstinct but they say they can't help I should email customer care (now that's a joke). Don't order from here !!!!!
Don’t be fooled, to be avoided
Wanted to use as local business and competitive prices.Wish I had read the other reviews before I had the same experience. Took money confirmed all ok the next day order cancelled. I’m just hoping my money is returned. Old fashioned scamming at its best. Avoid avoid avoid.

Can I give less than 1 star? Same as most people here- I ordered due to good price of item on their website then received an email the next day saying they couldn’t fulfill the order. Don’t waste your time.
Refund to PayPal will take a week apparently.

I placed an order 10 days ago, which should have been delivered a maximum of 4 days later. I had no email confirmation and therefore no order number to track. Payment was taken immediately. This company has no telephone number. Following numerous ignored emails to customer services, I put a bad review on messenger, I then got a response. I was told my product must have been lost and they would send another, which they guaranteed for today the latest. The product has not been shipped. I have requested to cancel the order and have a refund as product was needed by today, they are now ignoring my emails! Please please do not use this company unless you enjoy being disappointed and ignored!

Waste of time.
I searched on line for a particular item and chose to buy from activinstinct due to their price,discount and apparent product availability. My order was accepted confirmed and payment taken.
A couple of hours later I received an email staying that my order could not be fulfilled. No reason was given and no effort made to engage with me .
The only positive element was that I had played via PayPal and so received an immediate refund.
The best bit is that I then found the same item cheaper from Hill and Dale Outdoors.
Don't waste your time on Activinstinct.
