Ordered a pair a year ago before I read…

Great company Ordered a pair a year ago before I read the reviews and then panicked a bit but the shoes arrived on time and as ordered. Have ordered another pair this year which again arrived on time and as described. Only good experiences from them. I just went for standard delivery as next day doesn’t work for Northern Ireland. I will use them again

Placed an order which followed few days…

Placed an order which followed few days later by an email stating my parcel was on its way to the collection point (JD Borehamwood) and I will get a message once it arrives, a week later never heard anything, so contacted Active Instinct who told me my
Parcel was ready for me to collect a week later I went to collect my parcel at JD where they could not locate it was told to contact Active Instinct at this point I was getting so frustrated having to chase it up myself what happened to customer service?! So then I emailed them and I got a response telling me my parcel apparently has been sent back and is out stock!

BUYERS BEWARE Cheap price to entice the gullible.

BUYERS BEWARE

My son ordered an item from them that was in stock. It wasn't. They never delivered and it took 4 weeks to get his money back.

Then he ordered from Millets.Sports (their sister company) trading on eBay and yet again, item in stock awaiting next day delivery and it never came. It took weeks for him to get a refund and given he's young and this was his birthday money this is a disgusting thing to do to anyone, let alone a child.

Beware of the fake good review, look at the honest bad ones and steer clear. They purposely mark their items to a really low value to entice you in.

Relieved and happy customer.

Placed two separate orders before I read the reviews so I was a little worried. First order was delivered quickly and the product was as described so very happy with that one. My second order was cancelled (not in stock) within hours of placing and the email stated I would receive a refund. I paid by Paypal for that one and the money debited from my account a couple of days later. It took 7 further days for the payment to be refunded. Little confused as to why if the order was cancelled within hours, they still processed the payment 2 days later! Overall I have no major complaints and would definitely order from them again.

Do not use.

Paid for next day delivery that was yesterday, trainers still not arrived. Tracking system more than useless and non existent customer service. Just what looked like an auto message saying order was on its way. Fed up of companies charging for next day delivery and not doing it. Will not use again.

Saved me a fortune

I was very sceptical of ActivInstinct because of the reviews I've read on here, but regardless on Tuesday I ordered a pair of Salomon X Ultra 3 GTX shoes for hiking. Today I just went to pick them up from the JD Sport at the end of the road. Cotswold sell them for £140, I got them for £72 and they're spot on. No complaints from me apart from the offensive music they were playing in the JD Sport, but maybe I'm just not cool any more. Would definitely buy from here again.

I made my order 3 days ago without reading the reviews and when I saw them I was really worried but it wasn’t any reason to be because my order came faster than it supposed to be ! I am so happy!!! Thank you!!

Ordered a pair of Adidas sliders for a birthday gift,paid NEXT day delivery.My item arrived 2 days later...came in a battered opened box and on opening...were the WRONG colour,eventhough the invoice stated BLACK,I was sent KHAKI !!.Total waste of my time,it will have now cost me nearly £10 in postage as I now have to pay to send them back.DO NOT order from this company.I hear theu are useles at refunds too,so Im expecting more hassle....Useless !!!

I needed to get a pair of Hoka clifton… A very happy customer

I needed to get a pair of Hoka clifton 5 knit shoes with 11 days to go before 2019 VLM,i read some terrible reviews and was worried about ordering , everywhere on line was between £115 -£125, so when i saw 1 in stock in my size at £69.00 i was dubious but thought i`d take the risk, i was contacted next day to say order had been dispatched and 3 days later on Good Friday (bank holiday for most people) they arrived at JD sports in Aldershot. The left shoe had the tiniest of marks above the sole which is the only reason i think they could sell them at this price. I am over the moon with my £46 saving and service, I don`t normally do reviews but thought after reading the bad ones , a genuine positive feed back was needed.

Some communication problems but they are trying

The jacket developed a fault just after two years (the warranty on it was officially two years). They arranged it to be returned to them. 2 weeks later when I inquired they said they would do a full refund and someone would call me to do that. They kept promising to call me to give the refund but nobody would. After 4 days of constant emails, they eventually called me and refunded me.

This would have been a five star had they called me when they said they would or if they had a telephone number to call them on (there is only an email). Also, it would have been good if they contacted me to say a refund was due.

Why 4 star and not lower: I am satisfied overall, they could have refused to give me a refund given that the jacket was officially outside the warranty by 2 weeks.

BAD EXPERIENCE

So Bad - do not spend a single penny of your hard-earned money with them. I also wish I'd read reviews before I ordered. Rubbish stuff (seconds?), wrong items sent, lie and lie over and over regarding refunds. Utter waste of time

don't waste your time

don't waste your time ordering with this excuse of a company - terrible service, awful communication and no clue on what customer service is supposed to be....wish I'd read the reviews first rather than thinking they'd be ok because of the association with JD Sports (who seem unable/unwilling to have anything to do with activinstinct.

Bad experiences more likely to drive a review

As a lot of others I seen the ratings for purchasing from the site and it
put the fear in me, but the price made me think it was worth the risk. Ordered a pair of Puma Speed 600 Ignite trainers for £33. Arrived the next day at JD sports in my local shopping center. Absolutely over the moon with them what a steal at that price and no issues like others have experienced. I think people can be quick to complain when things go wrong but all the ones who do not have any issues don't feel a need to write up a review. Would use again.

They sell out of stock items

Ordered shoes to be delivered to my local Jd sports, never arrived. Instead of sorting out the order they asked me to reorder and they would issue a refund on the original purchase. This time I paid for next day delivery and received a royal mail tracking number which was invalid, surprise surprise product didn't arrive. I had to contact them to find out it was out of stock. Very suspect. Said they would issue a refund but its been over a week now and I have chased them twice. Do not use

I won't shop with them again

I returned goods for a refund. After 2 weeks had passed I contacted them via email(only means of communicating). I was told they had not received my return; fortunately I had proof of posting, so was then told my refund would be processed immediately. I waited another week, still no refund, so had to email again. I have been told refund was processed yesterday and will be in my account in up to 5 working days. That will be 4 weeks after returning the goods. Unacceptable.

Absolute disgrace beware

Absolute disgrace beware. Ordered an item . Given collection date. Item never turned up. Just like many bad reviews in here. Emailed them but I was told it was lost in transit,Absolute nonsense. do not even waste your time with this company.
