Can echo the statement. Easily the best customer service I’ve experienced from any retailer ever. Had components on ‘loan’ for best part of a year -it’s difficult to actually pay for kit they (Andy Lloyd) was so helpful and refused to close the deal(s) till we were 100% satisfied. Probably the best service we have ever encountered from a retailer. We have bought various pieces of home cinema over the years and our last purchase just before Christmas was just another example of going the extra mile. Following our TV stand deciding to break a new one was sourced and delivered from Germany in time for Christmas. Brilliant service as always.
