Good experience buying my bike from AdamBikes. The team were helpful, the bike matched the description and everything was handled fairly smoothly. A few small improvements would make it even better.

Be careful when dealing with shop
Unfortunately ,I have had a very bad experience dealing with Adam Bikes.
At the end of August I went to the shop to see the bike I was interested in. Upon inspection (not ridding it as not covered by any insurance), I have recorded a quick video to present the bike for my wife and friends.
Upon the bike delivery, I pointed to Adam Bikes worker. The clutch is kind of collapsed, and lever does the short movement range. I've been advised to set it up as the clutch lever comes with an extra 6 set-up adjustments. Believing i was wrong, I accepted the bike as it was. As the bike was struggling to select the first gear, especially when cold and also the clutch start to slip above 7k rpm, I sent an email to Adam Bikes raising the issue. Received a reply saying one of the mechanics would contact me over the phone .
It was my mistake as I didn't chase it up, and nobody rang me for the next 2 months. As the shop isn't local to me and replacing clutch plates is a straightforward job, I ordered all parts required and decided to fix it myself. Whilst I was undoing the clutch cover, I found a few bolts were snapped, also instead of M5 bolts, some of them were M6 , one of them was M8!! Initially, I thought it was something I've missed during my inspection at the shop, but who checks the engine bolts? I managed to take the clutch cover off, which was fitted without the gasked just kind of black silicon, and I replaced the clutch plates .As suspected, 3 in 7 of them were broken!! . Next, I have noticed the bolt fixing the water pump housing to the clutch cover was too big and too long causing the blanking bit from inside of the clutch cover to break and probably sank in the engine oil. As I did quite a few miles on this bike terminating the 200-mile shop warranty, I started to believe the previous owner messed it up and found and removed the broken piece from the engine.
This was the point where I was fed up with it, so I contacted Adam Bikes again . Apart from 2 months, no contact appologies. I've been offered fixing the issues for the cost of all required parts and 50% of all-day labour costs. Fair play, I thought, initially accepting the offer, but... I remind myself I recorded the video when I went to see the bike for the first time. The video shows the right-hand side of the motorcycle and running engine where you can clearly see all clutch cover bolts apart from only 1 were in tact. I was shocked!!! As this was a proof to me all the mess including broken clutch cover piece sank somewhere in engine oil has been done recently at Adam Bike shop and the piece presumably is still there as this happened just recently.
Obviously I contacted Adam Bikes describing everything in email and providing all pictures and screenshots from video but all I heard they have no records there was any job done at clutch cover at their shop and again been given the same repair quotation.
Due to distance and total cost I decided to fix the bike locally so this will happen within the next few days I'm just praying to God my mechanic will find the broken piece somewhere in yhe oil pan bottom. I will update this comment once the job is done.
After no agreement with Adam Bikes has been made, I made them aware I will leave a very negative feedback, but it will be 100% true step by step story.
My advice is, please, please, please! Check everything twice before and after you purchase anything from this shop. Sales manager states "no job was recorded for the clutch cover at my bike" so it sounds like he didn't bothered to speak to the mechanic (I belive so) if they know anything about my problem. Going forward, whoever done all this mess on my bike still works there -presumably- means you as potential Adam Bikes next customer may face similar issues as long you make the same mistakes as I did. This feedback is written in good faith to save you a potential stress ,hassle, and money lost that has happened to me. Stay safe ,all the best ...
Andy
An update. I was really hesitating before i left such a negative feedback. I'm not that kind of person but after i read the all negative feedbacks left by other people just found not only myself being in such a unpleasant situation casued by Adam Bikes. If you could answer a very simple question, Are all those people myself included are not right? You told me "you have no records some job been done at clutch cover" so wether you belive im an idiot or alternatively your trust to , how you called, "technicians" is endless. To me, looking at your financial money saving perspective the answer is obvious..
To anser your reply. I'm not sure if you've noticed ,anything written above is not as you call it "disappointing feedback" it is a full story helping potential customer to make decision.100% true and I asked people to double check what they are buying as my experience prooves ppl cant trust you. Check other ppl feedbacks ab. you..

Quick and easy
Quick and easy, told me things wrong with my bike I didn’t know was wrong and ok buying price.
No customer loyality.
After unanswered texts out of hours the night before, I phoned and spoke to a very helpful chap about a bike the next morning. All available so agreed to buy and was advised that I needed to email the team so they could take a deposit. Waited a few hours - nothing. Phoned to chase up and was told they had sold it to a walk in customer...... Absolutely shocked, angry and disgusted.
