All items not received.

Made a order in April and received it on the 23nd of April, one item was listed as back order ,still has not got any information or received the item on backorder

Lost Package, No Resolution, Rude Service

Customer service was extremely rude when I reported my package is clearly lost. No resolution was given and I have no choice to report this to my bank.

Underwhelming

Misleading size, its way too narrow, feels extremely cheap for the price. It was so underwhelmingly small that it did not need lube at all. It had a strange smell too. For the price, it was definitely very disappointing, might as well use my hand since its free. I would not recommend, save your money and time.

it smells horrible and delivery was not discrete

The product is as described. The only thing left out of the details is how bad it smells. Hopefully the smell will go away... only time will tell.
Adam & eve did horrible on discretion! who thought mailing a large life like dildo in the mail in a soft bag was a good idea? The product itself is also in its own soft bag not a hard plastic container...The moment you pick up the package you know what it is! There is no mistaking you have just grabbed a large c**k. I highly doubt I will ever order from Adam & Eve again. I live in a small town, the mail is delivered by people I know. Now those people know what I just got in the mail.

The product doesn’t meet satisfaction

The product is really flimsy and smaller than expected. I thought let me at least try it and I did and it wasn’t good. I would rather use my hand. I would not recommend this item because I was extremely dissatisfied with the bangin Betty striker.

I picked up our package yesterday

I picked up our package yesterday, the wife & I were trying to finish up our move, so we waited til this morning to open it! I purchased something that Interested her as a couples item, I just never made the purchase due to cost! Well this time it was worth it! Not only did. We get 2 items we wanted for half price, we got a $99.99 couples fun kit that made it all that much better! Cheers about to try at least 1 item now maybe 6? Who knows!

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I have had issues with products in the past that has required multiple emils to fix. and i have made purchases with guaranteed shipping and the products have not even been packed by the date i am supposed to receive the items with no refund or apology. It is a slipping website i no longer trust ordering from.

Will not let you cancel an order as a tactic to force the completion of sales. Charges for expedited handling option but still takes 3 days to print a label. Will not order from here again.

All items I ordered were in stock in…

All items I ordered were in stock in North Carolina. I paid for overnight shipping. My order was incomplete due to a packaging error. I called when I received the partial order and was told they see their mistake and would send the remaining order out overnight because that is what I paid for. Now I being told it will be another week because they are sending it out via ground shipping.

Needs to be more discreet

I did receive my products but I wish it would have been more discreet. I wish it would have been in a box rather than a bag. The box inside was partially opened too. I feel like a bag could easily be ripped open and I’m unsure if this package is the original package it was packaged in. Hopefully my products didn’t come rolling out in the post office in this small town of mine.

Meh...

Unfortunately this product is really nothing to write home about. The texture on the tip you're meant to grind on is far too subtle, making any attempted stimulation pretty lackluster. The vibrations are equally disappointing, providing more of a gentle massage than anything erotic. The buttons are frustratingly difficult to press, as they're buried too deep beneath the silicone. Trying to change speeds in the middle of use is a fools errand. The only saving grace of this is it's use as a dildo, but even then because there is no way to select which motor is running your hand will go numb from the buzzing long before you get anywhere near an orgasm.

My first time ordering from this…

My first time ordering from this company, when i ordered and i got a great deal, but it's been almost 2 weeks and i still haven't received my package. It's frustrating that the tracking just goes dead so youre completely in the dark until its magically delivered apparently.
