Paid extra for rush order and next day… rl

I Paid extra for rush order and next day delivery and didn't arrive on time order was on 16th rushed was extra and paid for next day delivery also extra and still has not arrived don't order the rush shipping or next day it's a rip off to pay extra but not arrive is crazy.

Ok so appreciate respons way after the fact but didn't receive the email you refer to nor the refund for next day or priority shipping but honestly not worried about it I've spent probably 500 plus with you in past 2 months but I'll just buy direct from local shop from now on

It came early I was kinda amazed on how good shipping and everything was they updated me the whole way usps was a lil wonky but Thier sight was showing the correct shipping USPS decided to act like it was coming 2 days after I ordered on a weekend which was weird but it came before the time It was sopost to be delivered and I'm in love with the quality

Very dissatisfied

I’ve used several roses in the past and this was by far the most disappointed I’ve ever been. I tried all setting and after a while it got hot and felt like it was burning my clit. Yes I used lube. Not a happy consumer

This disclaimer is clearly noted on our website under the Product Returns page, which states: “Please note that the purchaser is responsible for return postage.”

We understand the customer was not satisfied with their purchase, and we would have been more than happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned items. If the item was not working properly we could discuss this as well.

I ordered my package 5 days before…

I ordered my package 5 days before Valentines and paid a extra $14.99 to receive it fast. I still have not received my package. This is a joke.

The post office said they delivered my…

The post office said they delivered my package and it wasn’t, then they refused to help me, ship me a new item or refund me.

I don’t recommend buying from them their customer service is terrible. I’d give them 0 starts if I could.

Placed an order the week of Valentine’s…

Placed an order the week of Valentine’s Day and paid additional shipping cost of $20.99 to make sure the order arrived in time. Didn’t get the full order. Talked to customer service and the best they would offer me is a $5 refund and they would ship the rest of the order out the following week. Terrible customer service.

Delivered fast, but to the wrong address

Delivered fast, but they shipped it to my billing address rather than my shipping address (which I specifically checked 3 times before purchasing). Now I have to wait 3 weeks before I can get my package and potentially explain a particularly awkward purchase to my parents. Awesome.

Lying, Scamming, Horrible Service.

Not only did this company lie about cancelling my order, but their staff is rude, disrespectful, and honestly the whole thing feels like a scam. I placed an order, and went to the chat to cancel it less than 5 minutes later after reading the terrible reviews on the product. My agent confirmed the order was cancelled, and a refund was processed. So I did not think anything of it and assumed the purchase was actually cancelled. I then bought a different product from the same website, which THEY then cancelled for seemingly no reason. At this point, I wanted to go to a different site because this whole experience has been frustrating, but before I do, I open support ONE LAST TIME to confirm 1. my first order had been cancelled, and a refund had been processed and 2. to confirm why the second order was cancelled. they were unable to answer ANY of my questions, but confirmed both orders were cancelled and I would receive a refund. Now, 11 days later, I get a notification that my order is shipped and on the way. I go to the support AGAIN, and now they are telling me that I never tried to cancel my original order. So now, I have to wait for this product that I never wanted to come, and go through the long process of returning it for my refund, all because their support team does not know how to do their jobs. Unfortunate. Also, check the reviews before you buy, all of them are bad.

Bought a mystery box that was valued at almost $200 and I got maybe $80 in merchandise. Terrible customer service probably the worst I’ve ever experienced, very rude and definitely doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. I’ll never buy from Adam and Eve again

Pay to return a defective item

I paid a hefty price for an item that doesn't function as it is supposed to. Sure, I can return it, but only if I pay to ship it back. Why do I have to pay for a defective item when I purchased it on good faith that the listing was accurate? It's kind of like the "shipping insurance" where the company tries to squeeze out more money from the customer instead of operating like a normal business with integrity.

Dishonesty, fees for services you do not get, faulty site, 2 weeks for what is supposed to be standard shipping

I have used Adam and eve a few times in my life. The first time, I recommended to friends who purchased items immediately from them. My items were sent out immediately and got to me very quickly, and i also got multiple free items. This was the first time i had purchased from a store like this so i was nervous but it ended up being great. The product failed after one use, and it was a very expensive product and they let me throw it away and sent me a brand new one no questions asked which was amazing. That was 5 years ago, and now, I placed an order on the 30th of January, and I go to check my email because it is now 9 days later... which I never have waited this long before. I read their shipping guidelines before my purchase, I was expecting a maximum of 4-5 days of waiting. No. I paid a fee for fast processing, and $9.99 for shipping for it to be heading into 2 week territory waiting for the item. As someone who sells and ships things, this is unreal. Then their website, I was supposed to get discounts, and they offered me free things because I made an account, they offered me free things because I gave them my email and phone number, they state that they offer military and student discounts, which I am both. My initial discount for giving my email and number was a huge discount on what I got, making it less than half the price and I got a free product. Then ads kept popping up and my phone froze and I had to restart my phone to get to their website 4x because it wouldnt allow me to use the discount code it gave me at all. Then the discount code i got for making an official account ended up being pretty much useless and worthless and it deleted the initial discount code and wouldnt let me use it again so I ended up losing out. Then I find out, you do not get free shipping with any orders and you cannot use your student discount or military discount if they apply another discount... so me making an account messed everything up and was a waste of time.
They have competitors that offer the same / similar products for way less, with free shipping, and you get them within a couple days and they offer better coupons and do not charge you fees for fast processing and then process it 3-5 days later. Then, when they actually decided to ship it, for some reason the shipment had sat in WA, where I am at, and is now in another state at a facility center which added more waiting for this disaster. I was absolutely misinformed when I purchased this and it said I would wait a few days...because it will be more like 2 weeks.
I went to reddit and saw how many people hate this company now, and do not use them anymore. I will never use nor recommend this company again.

Scam

Scam! This company is connected with multiple scam based companies, seconds after your purchase they sell your information to other companies that will email you immediately when you get your receipt with your name and information claiming they are offering you “purchase insurance or rebate” connected to your purchase also requesting a proof a purchase. Because of the timing and the information they already have you assume it’s connected to this company but they are not do not reply! This company takes no accountability for selling your information and you will be charged without giving your card information!

Package was not delivered to address

Package was not delivered to address. Will never order again from this website. And would have never ordered anything had I known they would use USPS. This is not the first time USPS fails to deliver. UPS delivered first package on time.
