Credit card replacement impossible
The beginning of last month i lost my traveller credit card. Since then they are unable to replace it because of some 'system error'. I need this card urgently and up until today they keep on saying that they don't know when they can send me a new one. Just simply replacing a credit card is impossible for them. The bank is fine, until you have some issue then its terrible. I recommend be extremely careful with your cards as i contacted them a 100 times and they still don't do anything useful.

Im really regret taking a loan to ADCB, like your just begging to process your request to them you need to keep on follow up to be able to progress your request. I will not recommend this bank for your future plan to commit a loan.
Give you example. I forwarded all the necessary requirements to them and all is settled and they promise that I will receive it within 24-48 hrs. Guess what 7 days pass by still I didnt receive it. Very disappointed and definitely will not recommended.

ADCB LAME EXCUSE
I have held a credit card from ADCB simplylife for quite some time now and have submitted three requests for a credit limit increase. My first two requests were denied as my salary did not meet their eligibility standards, which I understood. However, on my third attempt, I felt more confident that I qualified since my salary had increased. I provided customer service documentation to update my income bracket, which they confirmed reflected the change. Regrettably, I was still declined with the sole reason being that our company was not one of their listed partners. Confusingly, the agent handling my case mentioned exceeding their monthly approval targets as well. A colleague who applied for a new card just a week prior, sharing the same employer, had their application approved. Given we are from an identical company, there appears an inconsistency in the criteria and policies ADCB applies when reviewing and responding to such requests.

i m very disappointed with the way u treated when i needed the bank most. i have scammed online and the moment it happened i rushed and called u . next moment i was was standing in bank and seeking help... 1200dhs was withdrawn from my debit card through an online website . all u did is wasted time since 3 days i running between police stations and e crime centers . i m very thankful to dubai police they took the complaint and issued me a letter also to present at bank so the can take action and refund amount .. till now bank is not taking it seriously and no action at all . the amount was on hold since 2 days and u didint even open dispute despite callong several times and rushing to bank. i m mother of 3 kids it was my hard earned money i had trust in adcb as local bank that they will help me but i m very sad and i will not recommend ur bank to anyone.. i feel now very unsecure with adcb.

Biggest bunch of scammers of this bank existed in Europe they would be in jail! Do not open an account here do not apply for anything they will rob you. Their security system is like if it was set up by a child people always getting scammed and hacked! Absolute shame on this place

The APP and ATMs are very user-friendly and efficient. Also, the card services are processed the same day or maximum the following day.

I needed a dollar accout to transfer my investment funds. Ms. Watfa Abdulrahman of the AlFahidi branch dutifully assisted me to set up the account in under 30 minutes.
At the Dubai Mall branch where i went to withdraw USD from my account Mr. Fawzad Saeed meticulously checked each 100USD bill to ensure they were 2013 edition or newer, as old dollar notes are not accepted in Uganda. i sincerely appreciate the excellent customer services provided by the two ADCB staff on 5/6/24.

Credit Card Security at risk
I am extremely concerned about the security of ADCB's credit cards. My card was hacked and a payment was processed without the OTP code. I reported the suspicious transaction to the bank within two hours, yet no action has been taken.
This lack of response suggests that all ADCB customers are at high risk. What security measures does the bank have in place to protect us? The customer care office informed me that the bank cannot do anything about this issue. This is unacceptable and leaves us vulnerable to fraud.
ADCB, please address this matter urgently and ensure the safety of your customers' accounts.
