I am a debit card holder and have been…
I am a debit card holder and have been a customer at ADCB for over 3 years. Recently, there was a fraudulent transaction from my account. I reported it to the bank within 5 minutes and requested my account to be blocked as well as a refund for the unauthorised transaction. However, the bank refused my request, stating that they were unable to refund the money. This is unacceptable. The hard-earned money we deposit is not easily earned, and it's concerning that even when we trust the bank for safety, unauthorized transactions can still occur. I want to advise other ADCB credit or debit cardholders to be cautious and aware, as it seems the bank may be involved in these criminal activities.

It was my first time to go Abu dhabi mall brach to withdraw the money,so I was abit nervous for the bank procedures,but the lady called Marilou in the Teller she made me so comfortable and efficient with her welcome posture and great smiley face and was very quick,she is so much enthusiastic with her Role which made my day,Thank you!
The RUDEST banking employees EVER experienced ANYWHERE.
I have banked in many countries. Truthfully, without exaggeration, my relationship manager for this bank is the rudest person I have ever come across. He does not want to help or interact in any way, and does not respect you as a human being let alone a customer. When asked for information he doesn't provide it, he says "why." He is not at all willing to work with you to clear confusion or explain anything to help you where you want to get to. He also won't answer calls, won't schedule a meeting, and hung up on me the last call.
I am soo utterly appalled and disgusted, that this is the "relationship manager" this bank sees fit to represent them. It's the worst customer service experience imaginable.
What is the point of putting a lot of money into a bank for "Excellency" status to be treated as garbage? Better to take your money elsewhere where they might actually at least treat you decently.

they charge me a lot. This bank is not secured. there are fraudulent transactions. I just transfer to international account and they already charged me 105 aed sept 1 and again they charge me sept 2 203aed!! What the F. I want to clear my account now! Its not safe anymore all deductions not informed nor no confirmations!!

few days back I requested Cancelation of my Cards, cleared all my debit and all after few days they called me and telling me there is .49 remaining balance in my credit card to be paid well in fact I cleared it all few days back to ZERO.
I will let everybody know that ADCB not a good bank. and try different bank
I got fraud from my credit card, not safe
I got fraud from my credit card. I reported to them. They do their investigation and turns out that I made my own fraud🤦🏽♂️. They said, transaction made via apple pay. Basically, I reported because it wasn’t me. Now, I got fraud and need to pay even the over use from the limit. I feel not safe to use the credit card. No OTP, just receiving the transaction. So scary and no security. And they’re sending message that they resolved the problem by informing me that the transaction done by apple pay that they did not proof if I made it or somebody else.
