Surprised by the negative reviews. Bought a RAB coat online last December (one week before Xmas but hoping for best!). Due to Brexit/Covid chaos missed the 31 December deadline. Received an email from UPS demanding £90 duty/VAT to release shipment. Unable to register on UPS site because it refused to recognise I don't have a US address. Contacted Addnature by email to cancel order who advised me to refuse delivery and return to sender. Addnature credited my card when goods received. Months later a debt collection letter on behalf of UPS full of incorrect information and threats. Emailed Addnature - very sorry to hear what happened. Told me to pay, provide proof and they would reimburse me. I did, and received refund in bank account shortly after. Preety good considering I didn't actually buy anything. Addnature customer service 5 stars. UPS NIL.

I saw the other bad reviews after I ordered. Too late. Do not buy from addnature. Placed order, received no email order confirmation. Needed to cancel order before shipping due to error. There is no way to contact the company urgently by phone. They have systematically prevented that. Only method is via on line form or email, which just gives auto response indicating approx 5 days before a response. If there is any problem with your order you are completely stuck. Absolutely rubbish.
A Good Experience
Ordered a pair of Ecco sandals from Addnature. Prices were lowest I could find. Arrived in a good timely manner. No problems here. I would certainly order again.

Been told today that the item was never dispatched!! So that take 2 weeks to find out and get an answer. Everything on email and messenger so no vocal contact at all. What a disgusting company to deal with an absolute disgrace!!

No support in case of troubles
Ordered goods, they have sent them quickly, no issues about it. But then the delivery company didn't do their job properly: the delivery took 8 days (Sweden → Sweden). I have asked Addnature to help me with the delivery company (they have chose to work with), but not even got a reply from Addnature... No help.

Ordered my North face Tsumoru boots on Sunday 30 May and they arrived on the 8 June, fantastic service, emailed to say they had been dispatched, and received emails from UPS about delivery day and time, faultless transaction, I will definitely use them again, great boots at a good price👍 If you are ordering these boots go a size up as they run small

Didn't send the bag I ordered. Only emailed me after 6 days of waiting saying there was a technical error and they refunded me. Waste of time, now got to wait for the money to go back into my account which could take up to 30 days.
Thought it was suspicious the bag being cheaper than anywhere else. Checked the reviews after I ordered and was shocked at all the negative reviews. I'm no longer shocked, they all make sense.
Literally check the wording of all the positive reviews, they're either doing them themselves or paying people do write them. All worded very similarly. Probably just some stupid dropshippers.

Really quick delivery. I got the product I wanted at an amazing price. Excellent packaging. No hesitation I would buy again from this store.

fire pit in stock on their website, should take within 3-5 days.. one month later, I have called/ emailed and they keep repeating the same thing: give us 48 hours/ 72 hours/ 3 days etc. to speak to the warehouse/ suppliers etc. to give you an update. No update. There's obviously a problem, but no communications at all is terrible.

I ordered a new wahoo from Addnature (as it was the only place it was available) and then stumbled across these reviews and panicked.
Thankfully I was wrong: order arrived exactly as expected, tracked by ups, with no hidden charges in a very reasonable time period.

As others have said, this is not a UK based company despite the website using a “co.uk” domain. They are based in Germany and seem intent on destroying the myth about German efficiency and organisation.
Their customer service leave a lot to be desired. We purchased a Vango awning from Addnature in the Summer of 2020 and found it to have a manufacturing fault which we documented on camera. We informed the company in Jul 2020 of our issue along with photos and a detailed description of the fault. Then we waited and waited and waited for a response.
Apparently COVID was playing a big part in their delayed responses to our emails (maybe they don’t work from home in Germany?). 3 weeks later we are asked to provide all the information again including questions asking how we caused the defect??? Emails sent again. 4 weeks later we’re told that the message has been received! Cue another email asking for more photos, only this time the link sent by Addnature won’t accept any photos! So, another email is sent with photos attached and a request for Addnature to approve us going to Vango directly for a warranty repair. Apparently, the retailer must authorise warranty repairs.
Fast forward to early 2021 and we chase Addnature again, only this time I threaten to hand the case over to the credit card company to chase a refund and help with resolution. Addnature then ask for the awning to be returned to Germany for inspection and a decision will be made whether to repair, replace or refund. Alternatively, we could just accept a free £8.00 repair kit! A bit of an insult for a £750.00 awning! The awning is returned to Germany.
After 4 weeks, we chase Addnature to ask them for an update on our return only to be told that a refund was issued 2 weeks earlier. Sure enough we have a refund and the case is closed.
The customer service is non existent and they do everything they can to make you give up. 7 months and 13 emails to resolve a simple issue of a defective pvc window in a Vango awning! DO NOT USE!!!
Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with, ordered pair of walking trainers which never turned up. Had left it a while as it said that delivery may take longer than was expected due to covid which is fair enough. When they hadn't turned up I contacted them and told to wait 7 days and contact them again if I wasn't happy with the service. It turns out the trainer's were with the courier, then the courier returned them back to Addnature, I was advised they had received my return and I would be refunded. Seems odd as I never received them so not sure how i could return. Have now received a refund but I would strongly recommend you don't ship here unless you don't want to receive your goods and be lying out your money for a while
UK customers beware
I had not realised this is a German company . My order placed in February still has not arrived and now appears to have been returned to the company . I have tried getting in touch with the courier UPS and the company . But cannot get anything out of either . Basically do not use would be my advice . Not worth the hassle .

Having purchased a pair of boots at a bargain price I checked out the reviews and became somewhat worried. I needn't have been. My Keen boots arrived today and are perfect, as described.
Yes there was a delay with shipping but that was due to Brexit. When I did raise concerns about the delay Addnature were very quick to respond.
Brexit and the pandemic has caused countless problems with shipping and manufacturing. People just need to be a little more understanding and patient.
