I can’t believe a company professing to practise in law, treats its customers so badly! My grandson is buying his first property and this company have made the process so much more stressful than it need be. Communication is very poor and emails are ignored. The one star is only given as have to press something! Shame there isn’t a minus rating!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Zahra Kahn at ADK Law Solucitors for all her assistance in handling the completion for the sale of my apartment. The sale was quite complex and challenging in nature due to the propertly being a leasehold property affected by the new fire safety regulations. Zahra worked tirelessly with all interested parties including the buyers solicitor, the management company, the leasholder and mortgage company to ensure successful completion despite having to deal with some challenges on the other side. The legal fees were also extremely reasonable for the work involved. I would highly recommend Zahra and ADK law for all your conveyancing needs.

This is a do it yourself solicitor!! Very difficult to get a reply from them
Be prepared to slog at the computer yourself ,you need to be an expert in using the said computer and stock up on the ink for the printer, as you will need it for the ton of printing you have to do!
We missed our completion date! as the solicitor we were assigned,was too busy to return a call!my advice,use a local conveyancing firm who will do it all for you probably for the same fee,and who you can pop in to see to halo with anything that arises

I had no previous knowledge of ADK, I went with them purely because they were the cheapest - which made me a little bit nervous, to be honest because I'm a firm believer of 'you get what you pay for' but I was so wrong.

I was allocated Rebekah and to say she's amazing is an understatement, she's a credit to the company. She's one of the hardest working people I've ever came across. I haven't had to chase her once. My estate agents have said how efficient she is too.

Little to no responses, multiple dates for updates passed with no update given. Apology provided part way through noting a busy work period and then it continued after. Often updated via other parties before them. New process to myself and very little help with any help sounding like a hassle for them and something I should already know. Paperwork received in different emails over a number of days and items seemed to not be actioned even when informed they had been. Phone picked up and then hung up instantly on a couple times when trying to call for an update close to their closing times (as no response recieved) and delayed move in date.

Stressful and frustrating when expecting paperwork at the end of the week to then get it weeks later and no call to explain why.

This is the first time that we used ADK Law for our house purchase and we will be using them again. We have already recommended them to our family members.
