Update our experience deteriorated further. We missed our completion date, due to the seller not having a simple settlement figure, this wasn’t checked by ADK & three weeks after completion our management company still haven’t received the transfer details 😱

ADK, and especially Bilal, are fantastic. They really fight your corner and no matter how complex matters get they took things in their stride. I was selling a leasehold flat and buying a leasehold house. Both had so many obstacles that I was sure one side was going to fail. I write this from the Study in my new house. Thank you

Found via internet search and was allocated Rosie for my conveyancing work to buy and sell a house. She was great, worked fast and replied to emails quickly. Was always happy to explain things when I called, would recommend, excellent value for money!

My experience with Tom Ellor from start to finish was nothing short of outstanding. An extremely competent , informative and diligent individual .Although we were in a small chain it was made unnecessarily difficult by our buyers choice of solicitors but Tom persisted throughout representing our interests to a successful conclusion. Thoroughly impressed and would strongly recommend him as he gets the job done. We were made aware of him by our Estate agents whom I'm sure are probably reliable judges in the area of conveyancing.

Found from an internet search and did not disappoint. Very competitive price and when we had to switch purchase from one property to another we could use the balance unspent on the first property on the second.
Tom was highly professional at all times, gave good advice regarding the first property purchase we withdrew from and all searches etc were completed promptly. Receommend ADK and will certainly use again if we purchase again.

I had the pleasure of working with Jinni from ADK Law, and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism. Jinni was assigned to two of my property cases. On one, she wisely chose not to proceed due to a defect in the deed that vendor didn't want to rectify, at the time me being slightly disappointed, now being super thankful to her outstanding judgement. Thanks to her diligence, I was able to find a better property and avoid potential complications.

In the second case, Jinni's performance was outstanding. She conducted all necessary searches promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. All searches were conducted within 8-weeks, and completion and keys exchange happened on week 10. Excellent service from Sarah Cook, she was always at the end of the phone when I had question. The whole process took just under 3 months can’t fault the and would definitely recommend.

My mistake, didn't know I had to check out on the progress constantly, so two months since the deal was agreed I learned from the state agent that they are still waiting for one of the sellers to give their permission (to even start the legal work). I decided to proceed with another property. My solicitor didn't just let me know that the deal wasn't moving but also charged me 70% of their legal fees (plus fees to tier firms for a couple of checks) for a deal which hasn't even started. Of course they did something, 3 points out of 15. My complaints email was ignored. For the clarity, for the new property they gave me entirely new bill - nothing was transferred from what I already paid! So I lost the first payment for the first property, they asked to top it up to 70% mentioned before and to pay the first payment for the new property which bill was actually £300 higher than the first bill even though it's literally the same floor and next building within the same development built the same year.

So incredibly pleased and impressed with how Tom handled our house purchase from start to finish.
He chased up relentlessly for us, always on hand to answer messages, was super prompt with all correspondence and so professional.
Nothing was ever too small or big for him to find out and he always responded promptly and kept us updated which was really appreciated as we have had some really terrible experience in the past.
