Had a size issue

Had a size issue . There wasn’t a problem. They accepted my return of the unused in its original packaging and refunded my account . Thanks ! Will be shopping again soon.

Pretty Amazed

Pretty Amazed. Adorama was a new find for me and I’m so pleased with the service and selection. As well as the customer service. They’ve got this down to a perfected way to do business.

You all do a good job

You all do a great job. Should give you 5, but UPS screwed up my order. You need to communicate better with them to figure out if a package needs to be signed for. I would think there would be a dollar level?

Price was good

Price was good, product was good, but delivered in a box that was all beat up. UPS must have really tossed this box around. Luckily only slight cosmetic damage to the contents. Adorama made it right though. Otherwise buying experience was good. I would purchase from them again.

Easy online shopping

I knew what I wanted and ordered online, which was very easy. I expected my order to arrive in 3-4 days, given I live on the other side of the country, but I was elated to see it arrive the next day. Impressive!
