We contacted Adorna Wedding rings after having had no joy ordering Celtic wedding bands from a company in Ireland who kept saying the workshop would get back to us.... We went back to the internet and Adorna Wedding rings popped up in my search. We were not fobbed off, phones and emails were answered promptly and Adorna wedding rings managed to post our rings 4 days after being ordered & purchased. No small feat as that left 7 days to get to us in Zambia. I collected them on my way to the registry office! We are very happy with the matching ring set: the Adorna designs we find much nicer than those from the company we were originally trying to buy from. (Ecstatic that they were not interested in our business as we now have unique patterned rings). The workmanship is exceptional. We found the wedding rings affordably priced compared to other companies on the internet and with original designs with Celtic and Anglo-Saxon influences in the design. Superb! Hats off the Adorna Wedding Ring Team for managing to get our rings to us in time meaning we did not have to use soft drink can pull rings - which had been our back stop option!! I am inherently distrustful of buying anything over the internet, but as Celtic wedding bands are not available here we read the reviews on Adorna, and I looked them up as a company that was registered and took the plunge to purchase online. We both breathed a huge sigh of relief when the rings we had ordered did arrive, in a lovely Royal Mail plastic pack containing an Adorna Wedding Rings envelope box containing our rings packaged in two great little boxes. The detail in the rings was very fine and not at all chunky. The design and weight was correct.

Quick response from customer service and extremely helpful. The first delivery wasn't quite what we were expecting. One ring was in the wrong style and the size of the other wasn't the right one. Customer service assisted with the swap and all went smoothly. We love our platinum wedding bands and are looking forward to wearing them! Great savings compared to high street prices. Definitely recommended.

The only thing you can improve your service is the information about delivery. It would be great to provide the tracking number and the dispatch day to your customers so they know when to expect it to arrive.
Otherwise the ring itself is totally brilliant!

The ring arrived within a week it would have been nice to have a date confirmed as to when it was posted but a minor area for improvement. I would definitely recommmend this company.

I emailed the company and got a very fast reply to my enquiry from james, he was very helpful and provided exceptional customer service and answered all my questions in detail so i made an order. I am now waiting on my rings to arrive.

We bought our wedding bands after finding Adorna online & then seeing them at a wedding show we stumbled across in Lytham. The rings are beautiful, well packaged & were dispatched very quickly turning up exactly when James said they would despite my mild panic because the tracking number didn't work! They fit perfectly and my other half is especially pleased with the "flat" style which suits him as he is not a jewellery wearer. Thank you!

We have received our matching two tone 18c gold wedding rings and are extremely happy with them. They are very high quality and of a substantial weight, way beyond anything your average high street jeweller has to offer. Rings we tried on in shops felt like central heating washers by comparison, light weight sharp edged and poor quality.
Whilst the rings from adorna were far from cheep they are fantastic value for money given the quality. Similar rings in high end jewellers are almost twice the price.
We found the representative we spoke to knowledgeable and reassuring. Spending that much money on line is daunting and can be dangerous but he put us at ease and was not in the slightest bit pushy.
All in all totally faultless, great product, great quality, great price and great service! I will be recommending adorna rings to anyone who is contemplating buying a wedding ring.

I wanted a ring to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, I found Adorna on the Internet and was overwhelmed with the choice. Unfortunately my ring has got to be resized but after contacting Adorna they were happy to resize it. Great quality of ring, great customer service and great prices. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I was very impressed with both the customer service and delivery time of the ring. My husband had recently lost his wedding ring and was devastated, so he was over the moon when I presented him with an identical ring.

I feel a bit guilty for this very late review. I bought a pair of wedding ring with Adorna in 2014. My husband and i are very pleased of it's quality considering we paid a very reasonable price.
I had to have mine adjusted 3x as i was unsure how tight i would want my ring to be. Yet, James and Patrick were very accommodating and made sure i got it back before my wedding day. I don't think i could find such excellent customer service elsewhere. Thank you so much Adorna! 😀

I bought a fabulous pair of wedding rings from Adorna in the hopes of surprising my partner with a wedding in Las Vegas. From the start, Adorna made contact with them so easy and personal and really helped with my worries about the purchase. The wedding took place as hoped, but my ring was slightly too small - which Adorna took and resized for me with no problems. I am so happy with the quality of the rings, and with the exceptional service that they have given me throughout - even months after my purchase!
